Blair has lived in the Western Australian City of Bunbury which is a coastal town surrounded by beaches, agriculture and mining. Located 200km south of the most isolated capital in the world Perth, it is a region best known for its 300+ wineries, surfing culture and its blue-collar working-class families. Having previously worked as a manager for Australia's larger supermarket chain, as a truck driver, confectionery maker and assistant tradesman, Blair comes into the superyacht industry with a wealth of onshore experience. Volunteering as a firefighter within the community for over a decade, Blair has been involved with some of the most catastrophic wild fires in history. Having led multiple incidents around the nation, he was elected by the city as their Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and National Disaster Commander. When not onboard, you can find him shooting from deep and flying through the air on a basketball court, at a pickup games or on the tarmac driving hot laps in his muscle car.

Cassi grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. After earning a degree in performing arts, she decided to pursue a career in yachting and has since been working towards obtaining her officer's tickets. Despite her new path, she still enjoys entertaining others and making them laugh whenever she can.

Ryan was born in South Africa and lived as an expat during his formative years in countries such as Ghana, Kenya, and Eritrea. He has been in the hospitality industry for six years, predominantly on luxury yachts since the age of 19. He enjoys any form of physical activity, ranging from hiking, running, cycling, yoga, and bouldering. Colleagues would best describe him as an energetic and a team-oriented individual who is willing to go the extra mile when accommodating guests and other colleagues around him. Ryan is extremely fond of animals and people and hopes to one day open an animal shelter that focuses on animal therapy as a focal point to assist in rehab programs for those in need of a second chance.

Jez grew up in North Wales, UK, and spent eight years working in the outdoor adventure industry as a rock climbing and mountaineering instructor and guide. His love for travel led him to work all over the world, eventually settling while managing a zip line and climbing wall on a cruise ship in Australia and the South Pacific. This experience ignited his passion for working at sea and led to his transition into the superyacht industry in 2016. Jez is an avid enthusiast of water and adventure sports, with a particular passion for rock climbing and snowboarding.

Once she started working on superyachts, she knew she had found her dream job by combining her love of working with different cultures and travel. Best described as positive, bubbly, and incredibly empathetic, Lauren enjoys getting to know the people around her. She loves digital design and is very creative. Her favourite thing to do in a new city is to grab a pastry in a café and watch the world go by.
