Robin has commanded motor and sailing yachts up to 36m, with extensive Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific, and Indian Ocean cruising experience. His career includes long-term private yacht command, busy charter programs, and international deliveries, alongside earlier experience in yacht brokerage, marine rescue, and hospitality ownership. Known for professionalism, calm leadership, and strong guest focus, Robin brings reliability and global cruising expertise to any program.

Dean is an experienced marine engineer with over 15 years working on tugs, anchor handlers, commercial vessels, and private yachts, including extensive experience on both private and charter vessels. Strong background in diesel propulsion systems, vessel maintenance, and marine operations in demanding offshore and port environments. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a watchkeeping team, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable vessel performance, with additional experience supporting charter operations, guest-focused service standards, and maintaining vessel readiness for commercial charter use.

Tia is a highly experienced Chief Stewardess with over 20 years in private and charter yachting across global cruising grounds, working on yachts from 44’ to 130’. She is known for strong interior leadership, delivering consistent five-star guest service, and staying calm and efficient in fast-paced charter environments. Tia brings extensive expertise in event catering, provisioning, inventory control, and bookkeeping, along with dual-role capability as Stewardess and Chef on past yachts.

Ella has strong guest-facing experience, particularly during high-intensity charter periods. She is confident and professional when interacting with guests, especially during water sports operations, tender transfers, and onboard activities. She is attentive, approachable, and focused on creating a safe and enjoyable guest experience while maintaining discretion and efficiency at all times.
