Dilara is graduated from the maritime high school. She started her yachting career in 2019 on an Azimut 24 meter than switch to charter yachts and has gained service and housekeeping experience on charters for the last 4 seasons. She has a smiling and welcoming face who does her best to cater guests’ needs. She is diligent in doing her job in the best way. She is perfect character for SUREYYA in terms of interior service abilities and friendly attitude.

Zeki is from Marmaris and a real seaman who worked in watersports centers
and charter yachts before transferring to Sureyya. He has very good seaman
skills, tender driving, water sports knowledge. He gives high importance to
ethics and teamwork which keeps his relations with the guests and crew at a
respectful level. Important to say that Zeki is very passionate with sea, yachts
and watersports :) Language: Turkish as native, fluent in English.

Sila is graduated from the faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, F&B Department which has given her a strong hand on the service abilities. She started her yachting career 5 seasons ago and since then has been working on 30m+ superyacht. During this time, she has gained high service and interior management experience on charters. She has a cool but welcoming and smiling attitude that warms guests on board shortly. Language: Turkish as native, upper-intermediate in English

As a retired Commanding Navy Officer, Captain Kenan Polat has more than 25 years of maritime background with remarkable seagoing, management and administrative experience on board patrol boats those are operating closer to coastal lines in Aegean and Mediterranean. He holds two of B.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Nautical Science and Maritime Transport. He is
carrying the licenses of Captain Unlimited/Master Mariner and Yacht Master Unlimited.
After his retirement, Capt Kenan switched to yachting to carry his knowhow and experience to the charter industry. And only in 2024 he had an experience of over 80 locations and approximately 3000 nautical miles in 4 months, including the main spots of yacht tourism in the Western Mediterranean with the sailing catamaran on which he was the skipper. With his calm and motivating attitude additional to his management skills, a character that every superyacht owner would like to have as a captain. More to say, he has extensive knowledge on the
cruising areas, reading maps, tourism spots that makes him creating great itieraries. Having strict rules and tough character behind, he has a smiling face and easy-going communication which will make every charterer feel comfortable with the Captain on board SUREYYA.
He is highly proficient in spoken and written of English. Besides, he is very good at computer and MS Office which allows him to report charter expenses properly (A.P.A. report) and explain to charterers. Captain Kenan is playing music, doing watersports, fishing and reading historical books as hobbies.

After her graduation from the culinary program, Gizem was working in restaurants and hotels between 2010-2014. She switched to yachting in 2015 since than has been working on charter yachts where she has gained experience on cooking for demanding charter clients. She is highly satisfying now the owner of SUREYYA and his demanding wife with her plates :) Her skills are modern and traditional Turkish cuisine, Italian cuisine, sea foods, patiserie and desserts. Additional to her culinary abilities, she is also a very good team
member and gets love between the crew. Language: Turkish as native, intermediate in English
