He has worked onboard motor yachts, gulets, and tender operations, gaining practical knowledge in guest support, deck maintenance, navigation assistance, and tender driving. His positive attitude, teamwork skills, and passion for the sea contribute greatly to daily operations onboard SUREYYA.

Yağız is a young and motivated crew member with a background in yacht construction and active onboard experience since 2023. He supports daily deck operations, guest preparation, mooring assistance, cleaning, and tender handling. Currently continuing his captaincy training, he is eager to grow within the yachting industry and brings a disciplined and enthusiastic energy to the SUREYYA team.

With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Murat brings extensive knowledge in yacht operations, maintenance, navigation, and guest service. Having worked on various catamarans and sailing yachts, he is highly experienced in the Turkish coastline and Eastern Mediterranean waters. Calm, disciplined, and solution-oriented, Murat is also skilled in technical maintenance, hydraulics, paintwork, and sailing systems. His hands-on leadership style and strong safety awareness ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience onboard SUREYYA.

Chef Esra is a passionate culinary professional specializing in Mediterranean, French, Italian, and international cuisines. With experience ranging from fine dining restaurants to luxury yacht service, she creates elegant and flavorful menus tailored to guest preferences. During the 2025 yacht season, she worked onboard a 22-guest gulet operating in Türkiye and the Greek Islands, delivering refined presentations and high-level guest satisfaction. Her strong creativity,
operational discipline, and warm personality make her a valuable part of the SUREYYA crew experience.

Zeynep combines hospitality experience with a friendly and attentive personality. Having worked in customer service, beach clubs, bars, and wellness environments, she is experienced in guest relations and service standards. Her background in tourism-oriented roles, combined with her calm and welcoming approach, helps create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for guests onboard SUREYYA.
