SURINA offers an exclusive Caribbean retreat to share with family and friends. Centrally located in St Maarten year round, this contemporary 5 cabin yacht is available to cruise throughout the islands. She is equipped with a wide variety of watersport equipment including a large floating Beach Club/pool and a 42 ft Intrepid towed tender. SURINA offers scuba diving for certified divers only; a dive master or dive instructor will be provided by the owner. Unwind after an active day on the water in the interior's artistic, casual ambiance by Espinosa Yacht Design. His transition into the yachting industry in 2001 marked the start of an impressive career spanning both captaincy and engineering roles. Having commanded M/Y SURINA since 2014, Bryan ensures every aspect of the yacht runs seamlessly—from navigation and safety to itinerary planning and guest experience. BIO: Alan was born in Solihull, UK, a suburban town just about as far from the ocean as it is possible to get in the United Kingdom. Upon graduation from Solihull School, he completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship and subsequently worked within the aerospace industry. However, the winds of change blew ever stronger when Alan discovered the yachting industry. After stints in the galley and in interior service, the deck department beckoned. Working through the ranks, he took command of his first vessel in 1987. When Alan is not working aboard SURINA, he is a highly regarded relief captain for a number of vessels - or, he’s on the golf course.
