Having recently completed her STCW, ENG1, Food Safety & Hygiene, and childcare certifications, she is eager to build a long-term career in yachting.
She has already gained practical yacht experience on 20m and 24m motor yachts, assisting with detailed housekeeping, laundry, interior preparation, inventory management, and seasonal vessel preparations. Her previous experience in 5-star hotels has given her an excellent eye for detail, efficient housekeeping skills, and a solid understanding of high service standards.
Paulina is confident working as part of a team and remains composed under pressure. Her background in childcare and guest service reflects her patient, caring nature and ability to anticipate guests’ needs. She is also a qualified yoga instructor, bringing a positive attitude, healthy lifestyle, and excellent self-discipline to every role.

Captain Niall Hickey is a highly experienced and versatile yacht captain with over 25 years in the international yachting industry, specialising in both private and charter motor yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic crossings.
Irish-born and Mallorca-based, Niall began his career in 1998 as a deckhand and has progressed through all levels of yacht operations, developing a deep, hands-on understanding of vessel management, guest experience, and technical maintenance. He holds an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (sail & motor) and is a PADI Open Water Diver, supporting his strong all-round seamanship and operational capability.
For the past 20 years, he has served primarily as captain on motor yachts in the 20–30m range, successfully operating both busy charter programmes and private family yachts. His recent commands include the Princess Y72, Princess 82, and Princess 20m charter yachts, with extensive cruising throughout the Balearics, Western Mediterranean, and Caribbean.
Niall is also highly experienced in charter operations, having worked extensively with Vitesse Yacht Charters in Mallorca, where he captained multiple vessels, managed fleet operations, and instructed in their sea school, delivering ICC training and charter handovers.
In addition to his strong charter background, he has significant refit and project management experience, including overseeing major works and paint projects on 120ft yachts, alongside a long history of transatlantic deliveries and seasonal yacht management.
