At a young age, Antonio began travelling and working across Europe to enrich his culinary knowledge and experiences. He obtained a culinary school diploma and honed his skills in a variety of cuisines, including French, Italian, Mediterranean and Asian. Antonio is adept at preparing healthy, family style cuisine as well as sophisticated menus. For the past 12 years he was based in Martinique where he owns a successful Italian restaurant. Seven years ago he bought a sailboat in Europe which he named Prozac and sailed to the Caribbean where he skippered charters and was also the chef. Antonia joined the superyacht industry to expand his horizons and skills working in an exciting environment catering to the world's most discerning clientele.
