Originally from Johannesburg, Christian is an experienced deckhand and divemaster with five years in the yachting industry. Passionate about the ocean and water sports, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and teaching guests a variety of activities on board Symmetry.
With a strong commitment to guest experience and safety, Christian brings energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every charter. He is also focused on progressing through the deck ranks and aspires to become an Officer of the Watch.
His hands-on experience, calm nature, and passion for the sea ensure guests feel confident, engaged, and well looked after throughout their time onboard.

Originally from Burley in the UK. Charlie is very passionate about being outdoors especially after growing up in the New Forest which triggered his love for outdoor activities including diving, running, golf and hiking in new destinations. Charlie also has a passion for photography where he enjoys using drones and his camera to capture the amazing locations he travels too.
Charlie continued his passion for the outdoors and water sports by joining the yachting industry in 2019 where he has since worked his way to completing his Chief Mate certification. As the second officer on Symmetry, he brings a calm and capable presence to safety, navigation and guest experiences to ensure everyone onboard has an exciting and memorable experience.

Mirjam was born in Southern Sweden and grew up by the sea. She has always loved being outdoors, which led her to work as a ski instructor in Austria before joining the yachting industry. This is her third season working on yachts, and she couldn’t be more excited for the journey ahead.
With a bubbly personality and a strong attention to detail, Mirjam thrives in fast-paced environments and loves creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board. She is always ready for new challenges and will do everything to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
John was born and raised on the South Coast of England, where he grew up on the beach and has been on or around boats and the sea his whole life.
John joined the industry at an early age - knowing it would be a career that he would like to pursue, following a family tradition. In 2008 he completed his Master 3000GT certification. Having spent almost 25years on various high-profile charter and private yachts, John as extensive knowledge and experience in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, N.E Coast of the United States and Thailand.
Away from work John enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking, but is also quite happy with a good book and some quite time.
John takes great pride in providing his guests what a sage, memorable and unforgettable experience.

Stuart was born and raised in South Africa. Upon completing school, he left his hometown and travelled through Europe and Australia for a few years where his passion for sailing began, after sailing on the Great Barrier Reef.
After this he then entered the exciting world of yachting where he progressed through the ranks, earning his Chief Mate license.
Stuart loves the travelling opportunities his role brings and has travelled extensively throughout the Mediterranean, UAE, Thailand, the Caribbean, and the West Coast of the United States from Alaska down to Colombia.
Outgoing and friendly, Stuart loves meeting guests and ensuring they have an amazing time for the duration of their charter.

Stuart Frangenheim

Owen grew up in a town just outside Oxford, in a town called Bicester,
known for its shopping outlet village.
After leaving secondary school, he became a canoe and kayak instructor
after which he started cadetship at Warsash maritime academy in 2014.
During his cadetship and after he was employed by a general cargo company
sailing worldwide. He joined the yachting industry in 2018 and has
been onboard Symmetry since May 2026.
During his free time, he enjoys kayaking, indoor rock climbing and photography.

Owen Mitchell
Engineer
Shannon’s connection to the ocean began in Mauritius, where surfing and kiting shaped a deep respect for the sea long before yachting became her profession. With a background in graphic design, she developed a keen eye for detail – a skill that has translated seamlessly into her yachting career.
Over the past five years, Shannon has worked aboard 50m - 85m motor yachts, earning her Officer of the Watch certification and refining her technical expertise.
Combining precision with a passion for adventure, she brings curiosity, leadership and dedication to her role onboard Symmetry. Outside of work, she enjoys a competitive game of padel and discovering great Asian cuisine.
Cameron is a British deckhand and third-generation seafarer with a natural passion for life at sea. With two years of yachting experience, he has worked on both a 105m and a 55m vessel, developing strong deck skills and a high standard of guest-focused service.
He also spent a year on a big-game fishing program targeting marlin in remote locations, giving him excellent experience in fishing operations, teamwork, and working in challenging environments. Cameron is confident with deck maintenance and enjoys assisting guests with fishing and water-based activities. Known for his positive, talkative attitude, Cameron takes pride in creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience on board.
In his free time, he enjoys Thai boxing, sailing, fishing, and snowboarding, and brings his energetic, approachable nature to every charter.
Growing up In Serbia on the banks of the Danube, Vladan developed a passion for an adventurous life.
After graduating from high school, he started working as a cook and very soon became a chef in one of the most popular restaurants in Belgrade.
His passion and hard work took him even further, and he was promoted to be the restaurant manager where he proved his success. Before he embarked on a cruise ship for the first time, he gained his certificates at culinary school. He is also a certified sommelier.
He now has over a decade under his belt in the yachting industry, working on a variety of sail and motor yachts all over the world (SY Adix, SY Unfurled, MY Mischief to mention a few). He has chosen to settle in Palma de Mallorca, where he believes his greatest success is his family, with two lovely sons who motivate him daily.

Vladan Stojicic
Chef
At 20, Kevin moved to Berlin to begin his culinary apprenticeship with Marriott International, where he trained in classic French cuisine and continued working after completing my apprenticeship, progressing to Demi Chef. He later joined Soho House Berlin as Chef de Partie and worked as Head Saucier for a South American-inspired pop-up restaurant, where he discovered his passion for South American cuisine and flavours.
Since moving into the yachting industry, he has worked on both motor and sailing yachts from 58m to 78m, creating a wide variety of dishes for guests from around the world. My cooking style combines South American and Mediterranean influences, with a focus on fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours, and creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together.
