Lawrence grew up in Folkestone, Kent and joined the yachting industry in 2012 after being introduced to the lifestyle by a friend. Since then, he has worked his way up to his MCA Y3 qualification and gained valuable experience cruising throughout the Mediterranean and beyond. Practical, reliable and technically minded, Lawrence plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the yacht. Away from work, he is a self-confessed petrol head and enjoys cars, mountain biking and snowboarding.

Passionate about sourcing local ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences, Alistair enjoys introducing guests to flavours inspired by the regions visited throughout the season. Outside of the galley, he enjoys travelling, music and discovering local cuisine around the world.

Yuriy was born in Kherson, a Ukrainian city known for its strong maritime heritage. After graduating from a maritime college, he completed his cadetship on commercial cargo vessels before moving into the cruise ship industry, working as an Able Seaman. His first experience on a yacht became a turning point, leading him to pursue a long-term career in yachting. He has since worked predominantly on yachts around 70 metres, including Lurssen and Benetti builds, steadily progressing through the ranks and demonstrating commitment, reliability and a strong work ethic. He has gained experience on both private and charter yachts, operating across a wide range of cruising grounds including the Mediterranean, Maldives, Bahamas and Florida and has
completed multiple transatlantic and Indian ocean passages.

With a background in musical theatre, Emily brings warmth, energy and a natural sense of performance to the interior team. Before joining yachting, she worked as a singer and dancer on cruise ships and later performed in Grease while touring Italy. Her experience in performing, teaching and personal assistant work has given her excellent organisation skills, confidence with guests and a positive attitude on board. Emily enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and brings enthusiasm to every detail of the guest experience.

During college, she developed a strong love for hospitality while working at The Ritz-Carlton Resort in Naples in events, floral and housekeeping. Her passion for hospitality and attention to detail transitioned seamlessly into the yachting industry. Outside of yachting, Madison enjoys sewing and crafting, learning to paint and scuba diving around
the world while travelling.
