Originally from South Africa, she brings experience across both deck and interior roles, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere on board. From elegant table settings to perfectly crafted cocktails, Kaitlyn is dedicated to making every guest feel relaxed, comfortable and completely at home.

An accomplished seafarer with more than 30 years’ experience, Ricardo is our guy all things engineering. He makes the bones work in the background so that we can give the experience you desire, without him, we would not be here. A passionate engineer, Ricardo completed his maritime degree in Spain, worked the commercial shipping world for a while, until he discovered the joy of yachting. Since then he has been heavily involved in the charter scene for more than 20 years and knows how to make things work. He is extremely professional and takes pride in his work, so that when not here, he can enjoy the beaches of Mallorca, that he calls home.

First Mate Louis combines strong seamanship with technical expertise, bringing experience as both a Yachtmaster Offshore and certified diesel mechanic. Passionate about life on the water, he helps guests make the most of every charter through watersports, tender adventures and relaxed cruising. His easygoing personality and practical skills make him a valued crew member and great companion on board.

Chef Tia Corlett brings creativity, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality to the galley. With more than eight years of experience in the food and beverage industry, she has built a strong culinary foundation across restaurants, large-scale events, and the yachting world.

Tia's cooking style blends fresh Mediterranean flavours with global influences, creating vibrant dishes that are both elegant and approachable. Her menus celebrate seasonal ingredients, balanced flavours, and beautiful presentation, from light, healthy breakfasts and colourful lunches to refined multi-course dinners.

Guests can look forward to a varied and memorable culinary journey inspired by Mediterranean, Asian, and modern European cuisine. Tia particularly enjoys tailoring each menu to her guests' preferences, ensuring every meal on board feels thoughtful, personal, and unforgettable.

A naturally positive and hardworking team member, Tia thrives in the fast-paced environment of charter yachts and takes great pride in creating exceptional dining experiences throughout every charter.

When she's not in the galley, Tia enjoys scuba diving, hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors.

Captain François brings a calm, confident leadership style and a genuine passion for creating memorable charter experiences. Since entering the yachting industry in 2013, he has travelled to more than 59 countries, cruising extensively throughout the Mediterranean, as well as further afield across the Red Sea and the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Having taken command of large yachts in 2020, François has built a strong reputation for delivering seamless charters while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board. He believes the best charters are those where guests feel completely at ease, and together with his experienced crew, he focuses on attentive hospitality, exceptional service, and plenty of fun along the way.

With a natural love of exploration, François enjoys introducing guests to secluded anchorages, hidden coves, and the finest cruising grounds along the coast. His approachable nature and meticulous attention to detail ensure every charter is thoughtfully tailored to guests' preferences, whether that means action-packed days enjoying the yacht's extensive collection of water toys or leisurely cruising with long lunches in spectacular surroundings.

Amy grew up in the United Kingdom with a strong connection to the ocean, Initially focused on an engineering world, she previously worked as a software engineer before deciding the seas are a better fit for her.

With experience working in both deck and interior departments, Amy brings a versatile skillset to the team. She assists with deck operations, while also delivering attentive interior service and maintaining the highest standards throughout the yacht.

Amy´s engineering background allows her to be meticulous and still connect with guests through her friendly and bubbly demeanour, and ensure they feel relaxed and well looked after on board. Her positive attitude, energy and attention to detail help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on board.
Outside of yachting, Amy enjoys an active lifestyle including skiing, surfing, hiking, yoga and scuba diving.
