Captain & Chef Michaelangelo is a highly experienced yacht professional with over a decade in the industry since 2013. He brings a calm, hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on safe navigation, efficient operations, and exceptional guest experience. As a Captain, he is confident and practical on the bridge, with solid experience in passage planning, navigation, watchkeeping, and full vessel management. He has extensive shipyard and refit experience, having overseen major works including class survey preparation, paint systems, teak replacement, varnishing, and coordinated maintenance projects. His strong technical understanding of engineering systems allows him to support troubleshooting and day-to-day mechanical operations with ease, ensuring the yacht runs smoothly at all times.

Alongside his command role, he is a passionate and adaptable chef. Drawing from his Asian heritage and having been raised in Italy, he has developed a refined blend of Asian and Mediterranean culinary influences. Passionate about authentic cuisine, he is constantly inspired by the culture, history, traditions, and local gastronomy of the places he visits, always eager to discover and experiment with new recipes and flavors.

He particularly appreciates homemade cuisine elevated through high-quality, genuine, and locally sourced ingredients - fresh fish, seasonal vegetables, and artisanal products. His cooking style is generous, flavorful, and convivial, with a special talent for preparing freshly caught fish (often grilled straight from the sea), refined raw fish crudités, meats, barbecues, homemade pasta, and a wide variety of traditional yet creative dishes.

Andrea is an experienced Stewardess & Sous Chef with a warm, professional approach and a strong background across both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Having worked as Solo Stewardess, Chief Stewardess, and Sous Chef, she brings a versatile skill set to the interior and galley, confidently supporting high-end guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations onboard.

Her service style is adaptable and hands-on, with strong experience in housekeeping, laundry, silver service, provisioning, and detailed guest care. Whether supporting a busy charter season or independently running the interior, she works with efficiency, discretion, and a positive attitude that helps everything run smoothly onboard.

Passionate about hospitality and cooking, Andrea enjoys creating enjoyable experiences for guests while maintaining high standards throughout service. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, rollerblading, reading, and mindfulness, bringing an energetic yet grounded presence to every team she joins.

Ruel is a motivated and hardworking Deck/Stew with experience across large private yachts and demanding shipyard periods. Having worked on vessels up to 86m, he has developed a strong foundation in deck operations while also supporting interior service and guest areas when required, making him a versatile and dependable crew member onboard.

His experience includes washdowns, teak maintenance, stainless polishing, painting, rust treatment, chipping and grinding, tender driving, and watersports setup, alongside assisting with general guest support. Adaptable and hands-on, Ruel is comfortable working long hours in fast-paced environments and approaches every task with focus, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Before entering the yachting industry, Ruel gained valuable hospitality and technical experience through roles in restaurants, hotels, and plumbing, giving him a practical mindset and strong understanding of teamwork and service. Eager to continue learning and developing within the industry, he brings professionalism, energy, and a team-oriented approach to every position he takes on.
