A devoted father of three, he loves playing sports with his children and cooking whenever he can. A true sports enthusiast with a special love for soccer, Martin brings reliability, good humour, and great spirit to the crew, always ready to support his team with calm confidence and a positive attitude. His dedication, steady mindset, and passion for the maritime world make him an invaluable presence on board.

Artur was born into a bilingual Italian-Russian family, blending discipline, warmth, and a multicultural background. After graduating from a respected military academy and serving in the Army, he brings structure, precision, and calm leadership to every voyage. With over a decade of maritime experience, he progressed through all deck positions to earn his Chief Mate 3000GT certification and now serves as Safety and Security Officer on M/Y Thunder. Known for his professionalism and steady approach, he supports safe operations and positive experiences for guests. Fluent in English, Italian, and Russian, he is currently pursuing his Master 3000GT license.

With two years of experience in the yachting industry, Lenard brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and a team-first mindset to every vessel he joins. Before starting his maritime career, he competed as a professional rugby player representing the South African national team an experience that shaped his resilience, dedication, and collaborative spirit. Outgoing, friendly, and naturally motivated, he enjoys contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere on board. In his spare time, he loves fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors, always taking genuine pride in giving his best in every situation and supporting the team.

Ladi was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, where he earned a degree in Applied Geology with a focus on extra terrestrial magnetism. After completing his studies, he moved to Australia, where a part-time job washing boats introduced him to life at sea and sparked a lasting passion for yachting. Starting on smaller vessels, he progressed into superyachts and built more than a decade of experience across diverse operations and cruising regions. Now holding his Chief Mate 3000GT and Master 200GT, he is working toward his Master 3000GT.

Born and bred in the beautiful, colourful sunshine of South Africa, Brenden began his career straight out of school. He has worked as First Mate on vessel deliveries, marine research and fishing operations around the remote islands of Saint Helena and Ascension. After retuning home, he furthered his maritime career by qualifying as a Dive instructor in Sodwana Bay before rejoining the yachting industry. Passionate about water sport- Brenden’s greatest loves are surfing and freediving. In his time off, he’s usually found chasing his next adventure, wherever the ocean takes him.

Growing up in a rural town outside of Kansas City, Missouri, Madi developed a passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences. After working in various hotels and a flower shop- where she loved designing arrangement and perfecting the details- she made her way to South Florida to pursue yachting. Now, 2.5 years into her career, Madi thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences aboard yachts, bringing a bubbly personality, creative touch, and keen attention to detail to every trip on the water.

Angel was born in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico, and now enjoys life in Mexico with his daughter Ariel and their loyal dog who never leaves his side. Curious and hands-on from a young age, he has always loved learning new skills and solving practical problems. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in Mazatlán in 2012 before beginning his career at sea. Passionate about water sports, off-roading, and outdoor adventures, Angel also treasures time with family, beach trips, and discovering new places. Known for his kindness, humility, and willingness to help anyone in need, he brings a warm, positive, uplifting spirit to every team he joins.

Jason serves as the Lead Deckhand on board, bringing an energetic spirit and a genuine love for life on the water. Known for his outgoing nature and strong appreciation for the outdoors, he takes great pride in maintaining a safe, smooth-running vessel while ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their time on board. When he isn’t focused on operations, Jason enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and heading into the outdoors to hunt or fish. His enthusiasm, work ethic, and easy-going personality make him a valued part of the crew even if he is proudly known as the youngster on the boat.

Pierre was born in the historic city of Compiegne, France. A world traveller at heart, he explored many countries before beginning his yachting career. With 21 years of experience as captain, he has led voyages throughout the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Florida, Thailand, and the Mediterranean for both owners and charter guests. For five years, he also served as Fleet Captain for Palmer Johnson, overseeing the final steps of construction of multiple yachts.
Practicing martial arts since childhood, Pierre brings discipline, calm focus, and a steady presence to every situation. He loves meeting people from all backgrounds and sharing the joy of life at sea. Experienced, dedicated, and attentive, he creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere where guests feel instantly at ease, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure they enjoy every moment on board.

Adventurous and drawn to new experiences, Kasie first channelled her energy into competitive cheerleading and flying trapeze. Born in Seattle and raised in the jungles of Costa Rica, she embraced the Pura Vida lifestyle that shaped her love for nature and simplicity. She discovered yachting in 2017, where her warmth and enthusiasm naturally enhance the guest experience. Since then, she has built a dynamic career at sea, traveling extensively and thriving in the unique rhythm of yacht life. Her adventurous spirit and love for movement continue to shape the way she connects with people and brings joy on board.
Off duty, she enjoys beach volleyball, aerial arts, and yoga.
