Born in Italy has spent all is youth and current career following his passion for the sea. After graduating from the Institute Nautical he immediately started his duties as cadet on board both commercial and cruising boats.

Captain La Delfa has been working in the yachting industry for over 10 years. He has extensively cruised both the Western & Mediterranean as well as Indian, Pacific and Atlantic Ocean.
His friendly attitude and his deep knowledge of the sea and commercial operations makes him one of the youngest still most expert Captain in the industry.

Originally from Brazil and currently based in Sicily, Isabel is a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess with solid experience aboard motor yachts ranging from 19 to 85 feet. Her strong work ethic and consistently positive attitude have made her a valued team member both as a sole stewardess and as part of structured interior teams. She is committed to delivering 5-star service aligned with USPH standards across all aspects of guest care and interior operations.

Isabel is skilled in housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, floral arrangements, table setting, and overall interior maintenance. She ensures a refined and welcoming onboard atmosphere for guests and crew alike. She also assists with provisioning, galley support, and deck operations when required, demonstrating a proactive and versatile approach.

She is fluent in Portuguese, speaks English and Italian at B2 level, and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Isabel holds a full set of STCW certificates, Food Hygiene Level 2, a Panama Seaman’s Book, and a valid B1/B2 visa. She is a non-smoker, does not consume alcohol, and is known for her reliability, discretion, and team spirit.

Her previous experience includes several seasons on private and charter yachts across Italy, France, Croatia, and Montenegro, as well as roles aboard cruise ships for international companies and in high-end hospitality ashore.

Chef Angelo Milone is a young and talented Italian chef from Marsala, Sicily, with over 10 years of professional experience developed across some of Italy’s most inspiring culinary environments.
Deeply connected to his Mediterranean roots, his cuisine is creative, elegant and authentic, with a strong focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, high-quality seafood and refined Italian flavours. His professional journey has taken him through Sicily, where he developed a deep respect for the sea and local produce; Milan, where he refined technique, discipline and presentation; and Sardinia, where he strengthened his connection with the balance between land and sea.
Chef Angelo has achieved important recognition in his career, winning the Gold Medal at the Italian Cooking Championships in both 2018 and 2019. He was also a contestant on Antonino Canavacciuolo Chef Academy, an experience that further shaped his attention to detail, precision and ability to perform under pressure.
His cooking style combines tradition and innovation: refined yet genuine, visually elegant yet always rooted in Mediterranean identity. He is particularly passionate about fresh fish, handmade-style pasta dishes and carefully selected ingredients.
Beyond his technical skills, Chef Angelo brings a positive attitude, strong team spirit and excellent discipline to the kitchen. He is highly attentive to cleanliness, organisation and every detail of service, from preparation to final presentation.

With a solid foundation in both commercial and private maritime operations, he is well-versed in safety protocols, navigation systems, and deck procedures, making him a dependable presence in all conditions.

He is meticulous in maintaining the exterior of the vessel, skilled in tender operations, and always ready to assist with guest activities, ensuring a seamless experience on board. His ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively with crew and guests alike, and remain composed under pressure makes him a valuable asset to any yacht aiming for operational excellence.

Francesco also brings a strong sense of discipline and teamwork, with a proactive attitude that aligns perfectly with the high standards of Thyke III.
