“I believe that the most important factor in making a great charter yacht, is a great crew! A crew that really makes the guests feel welcome and gives them an 'at home' feeling, a crew that’s genuinely happy to be on board, loves their job and to host guests. Apart from that a large variety of watertoys and options for guest entertainment is a must!”

“Working at events like Wimbledon and Royal Ascot really opened my eyes to the fast-paced, exciting world of hospitality. Those events sparked my passion for creating unforgettable moments in incredible settings, and now I feel so lucky to carry those skills with me as I travel to some of the most breathtaking locations around the world.”
“I love all the themes we do on board TITANIA from creating a winter wonderland to becoming a cheerleader for the evening. “I went straight into the yachting industry after school and started working as a refit crew on deck at a shipyard in the town I grew up in. After a couple of years, I got a job as a galley hand and fell in love with food and cooking, which led me to culinary school, and becoming a chef around five years ago.”
“I worked in a restaurant in London after my year at culinary school called Fenn, I worked under Joe Laker, where we would do a seven-course tasting menu for lunch and dinner. It was a very important stage in my career and working underneath Joe meant I learnt countless things which really improved my skills in the kitchen. Joe then left to set up his own chef’s table restaurant, doing a 16-course tasting menu, and I went with him to help set it up.”
