“I’ve worked in accounting and finance for nine years which has given me a good all-round experience and confidence within the role I’m currently in, as well as working in a busy silver-service restaurant.”

Which is your favourite toy on board?
“The jet skis – without a doubt. They’re fast, fun and always bring a lot of energy to the day. I enjoy helping guests get confident on them and making sure they have a safe but exciting time."
How do you reassure people who are nervous about swimming/getting in and out of tenders?
“ I stay calm, patient and upbeat. I explain everything early before we start, so guests know exactly what to expect. I always offer a steady hand, take things at their pace, and make sure they feel secure and supported the whole time. My goal is to build their confidence – one someone realises they’re safe and not rushed, they usually relax and end up enjoying the experience much more than they expected.”

“I’m a real positive and easy-going crew member. I extend my friendly attitude to the guests and show my commitment to making their experience on board a memorable one.”
What is your most impressive watersport skill or trick can you do?
“I’m a keen and confident surfer and know my way around a wave!”
How do you get people to feel safe/keen to try out a new watersport?
“Because I feel so comfortable in the water, I try to pass this on to guests to make them feel at ease. I'm also a qualified lifeguard which often gives people more confidence. “

"Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable crew who cater to your needs. And the ability to tailor the charter to your preferences including itinerary, activities and dining.
What is your one favourite interior feature on board?
"The spa is my favourite feature on board where guests can relax and rejuvenate in style."
Which cruising locations do you know very well?
"South of France. I was located there for two season prior to joining M/Y TITANIA."

Clint re-joined TITANIA summer of 2023 after a seven years in which he gained invaluable experience, and all his certificates, working on other yachts. Clint is originally from Australia but has resided in Barcelona on and off for the last three years, along with frequent trips to Columbia to spend time with his wife's family. Clinton is an avid sports fan and fitness fanatic, he takes real enjoyment in racing Kyle Rooke for the title of “Fastest Man Alive” on TITANIA.
When he is not on board, you can find him on the golf course or watching his favourite football team, Liverpool. Clinton enjoys travelling and has travelled to over 50 countries in the world. He continues to study Spanish, with his Colombian wife always reminding him of the need to speak the language.
Why do you think the team aboard TITANIA is different/special?
“Everyone has such a positive outlook on life and is truly doing their utmost to make sure the guests have the trip of a lifetime. We have a lot of fun on board!”

“My favourite cocktail to make is a Gin Elderflower Fizz! It’s light, refreshing and perfect for a sunny day.”

“I enjoy creating a great experience for guests while working closely with a strong team. I also love the variety that comes with yachting and getting to meet people from all over the world.”

Where is your favourite place you have been while working on yachts, and why was it your favourite?
“Monaco as I’m a fan of Formula 1 and got a chance to run the track just before the races began.”

“The crew is incredibly diverse with some amazing characters. We all get along really well with each other which makes a fantastic atmosphere.”
What would you be doing if it wasn’t yachting?
“Prior to joining TITANIA, I was in the interview process for a lecturing job in LNG (Liquified Natural Gas).”

“Crossing the Atlantic. It was my first time, and I was fortunate enough to encounter a lot of marine life.”

“Being a qualified lifeguard, I’m very comfortable and competent in the water which I use to help re-assure guests.”
What non-yachting industry jobs have you had that you feel have been useful/helpful for your current job?
“I’m a carpenter by trade which transfers well with yachting, both on deck and in the interior.”
