With extensive experience travelling the world's oceans, from the Mediterranean to the Pacific and Atlantic, as well as Northern Europe and Central America, Tomislav brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Fluent in Croatian, Italian, English, and Spanish, he eagerly anticipates extending a warm welcome to guests aboard this season.
Originally from Italy and Spain, Fabio is an accomplished yacht chef with a diverse culinary background spanning Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-end private dining. Trained at the esteemed Hotel and Catering School of Serramazzoni in Italy, he has refined his expertise across Mediterranean, vegetarian, Asian, pastry, and bakery cuisines. His career has taken him across Europe, working in renowned establishments and prestigious five-star hotels in Switzerland and Spain. Since 2023, Fabio has also thrived in the yachting industry, serving as a Head Chef on a 60m yacht, where he prepared exquisite menus tailored to guests' tastes, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. His ability to seamlessly blend traditional flavors with modern techniques allows him to elevate classic dishes while maintaining authenticity. Fabio excels in menu planning and team leadership, ensuring seamless service in high-pressure environments. He is now excited to be on board TONIC BLUE and cannot wait to make his best to please his clients.

Starting her career as a Nanny, Katie transitioned into yachting with a focus on guest service, housekeeping and laundry. With two seasons of experience aboard yachts between 30 and 52 meters, she has quickly developed a reputation for her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity. She has gained hands-on experience in all aspects of interior service, including laundry, housekeeping, table settings, and guest care. Her passion for delivering exceptional service, combined with her adaptability and commitment to high standards, makes her a valuable asset to TONIC BLUE. Katie is passionate about health, fitness, and adventure, and during her spare time she enjoys boxing, hot yoga, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. She cannot wait welcome guests on board and make sure their expectations are exceeded.

Originally from Pesaro, Italy, Alex has dedicated almost 18 years to the maritime industry and over a decade as motor yacht Captain, serving on charter and private yachts up to 38 meters. He is bilingual, speaking both Italian and English, and being driven by a passion for excellence and backed by extensive experience, he is recognized for his robust mechanical aptitude. Alongside exceptional communication and leadership skills, Alex's friendly and relaxed demeanor fosters an atmosphere conducive to collaboration and teamwork. As a solution-oriented individual, he thrives on finding resolutions rather than dwelling on problems. Alex is enthusiastic about taking on the role of Captain on board TONIC BLUE, where he can leverage his expertise to ensure the seamless and professional operation of the vessel. Last but not least, Alex is also Watercraft Instructor. His commitment extends beyond operational excellence; he aims to create an environment where guests will have an unforgettable experience.
