Chef Konstantinos graduated from an Institute of Vocational Training in 2006 with a degree in multimedia design and tourism studies. However, in 2010 he decided to follow his passion for culinary arts and attended a chef school. Two years later he graduated from the Le Monde Institute of hotel and tourism studies and worked as an intern at a restaurant in order to gain experience. Throughout the years he managed to serve in many renowned restaurants in Greece, one of which was awarded 2 Michelin Stars. He was awarded 1st place in Category A at the Chefs’ Competition of the 5th Mediterranean Yacht Show 2018 and 2nd place in Category A Platinum at the Chefs’ Competition of the 6th Mediterranean Yacht Show 2019. Konstantinos puts passion into every menu, creating mouth-watering dishes with a range of international influences. Exceptionally well-travelled, Konstantinos always seeks out the finest ingredients, keen to respect the local cuisines and traditions that colour his creations.

Katerina holds a Traditional English Home Management Certificate from the Butler-Valet School in the UK. She is a dedicated and experienced professional with a background as Chief Stewardess and Butler aiming to leverage her hospitality skills to enhance the experience for clients and guests. She has also acquired a Silver service certificate along with her skills in Flower arrangement - table decoration and bartending. Katerina excels in employee training, inventory management, housekeeping organization and attention to detail. She takes initiative to solve problems and works well under pressure.

Anastasios holds a Class C' Captain diploma and previously worked in the maritime industry, adept in navigation, safety procedures, and vessel management. Through his background in a large Shipping corporation, he has proven leadership skills in managing teams and handling emergency situations. Passionate about mentoring and training crew members to ensure high standards of safety and professionalism. This is his first entry into the yachting world, and we are confident he will become a valuable asset of our team.

Vasilis is a certified Bosun and a craft pilot license holder. He studied Electronic telecommunications and first started working at sea 10 years ago as a Deck Crew for Sea Jets Highspeed passenger ships. He then made his transition to yachting where he worked on board luxury private & charter yachts. He has strong communication, time management and leadership skill and is great at multitasking. His advanced knowledge of marine vessels and his strive for excellence make him a valuable member of our crew.

Adept at leading teams to deliver exceptional service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring guest satisfaction. He is thrilled to be part of a challenging environment where his leadership skills, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence can contribute to the success of the executions of charters on board TOTEM.

Georgia holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, specializing in swimming and water skiing. In 2019, Georgia began her journey in the yachting industry seeing a unique opportunity to work and explore simultaneously. She is also a certified water ski, swimming and Pilates instructor. She holds various STCW certifications, a lifeguard certificate, a Speed Boat Operator license up to 20m, a Skipper Diploma and an Open Water Scuba Diving (PADI).

Georgia Triantafyllopoulou

Nikolaos is a capable merchant marine Engineer with over 8 years of experience in Ro/Ro passenger ships. He got his 2nd Engineer diploma 2 years ago and this is his first position on charter yachts ready to take on a new challenge and bring to the team the experience acquired from his previous background. He is a talented problem solver and a good team player. We welcome him on board Totem and feel certain for his abilities and skills as well as the value he will bring to the team.

Nikolaos Spathis

Captain Nasos graduated from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy of Crete and holds a Captain Class B’ Diploma from the Ministry of Mercantile Marine. He commenced his career as an Officer on commercial tanker vessels where he gained extensive sea experience of world cruising areas. In 2007 he decided to move to another sea-related career in the yachting industry. He is known for his high level of expertise and professionalism and, this season, with extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean destinations, he provides guests with the ultimate yachting experience.

Panagiotis graduated from Le Monde as a Chef in 2010 and began his practice in hotels, cafes and restaurants. In 2016 he got recruited on Blue Star Galaxy passenger ship as a barista. Panagiotis started his first year with Totem as OS and took his AB certificate during our shipyard period assisting a lot with the works. He is a fast learner, always willing and positive and a very responsible person. He has good communication and organizing skills and he will be a great added value for the team.

Panagiotis Glantzis
Deckhand
George joined the marine industry back in 2004 as a 2nd Officer on cargo ships and began yachting in 2017. As a result of his hard work and dedication, he was quickly promoted to chief officer. To expand on his knowledge, George has attended many seminars and holds a Master Class A’ Unlimited Diploma, in addition to many more certificates. Tender handling, cranes handling, anchoring, mooring operations and navigation are some of his many skills. His love for the sea began at a very young age as his father and grandfathers were fishermen. George is well-versed in watersports. Outside of yachting some of his favorite activities include hiking, running, drawing, making drone videos and video editing.
