Fabrizio is from the beautiful country of Costa Rica and speaks English, Spanish and Italian. After leaving school, Fabrizio worked at a music studio mastering tracks and playing guitar, you can still find him now with a guitar in hand. But the draw of the ocean was too strong, and Fabrizio made the transition into yachting where his true passion lies. If he is not with his dog or on his surfboard, you can find him underwater in some cave saying hello to his aquatic friends. Fab is a certified PADI Dive Master, avid free diver, spear fisherman and basically your guy for all water activities! Fab can’t wait to make your stay even more fun!

Originally from South Africa and raised along the coast of Mozambique, Reece brings over 9 years’ of yachting experience to the team. As First Mate, Reece plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences, both on deck and in the water. When he’s not on watch or out on the water with guests, you’ll likely find Reece behind a camera. He is passionate about photography and videography, allowing him to capture the beauty of the sea and the memories made onboard. Reece also enjoys wakeboarding and traveling to new destinations.

Hailing from the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa, Elani brings a bright, positive energy and a strong sense of professionalism to the interior team. Elani also has a background in corporate finance and a law degree. Additionally, she is also currently pursuing her Masters in International Economic Law.
Elani has a natural passion for hospitality, from working as a aupair in New York, to high-end service in country clubs around Florida and Massachusetts.
Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who loves diving, hiking and anything that gets her outdoors. Elani is also passionate about wellness, skincare and reading. Whether onboard, exploring a new coastline, city or simply just soaking up the sun, Elani is always up for an adventure.

Leonardo graduated in Business Management in 2021 and planned to take a gap year to travel and explore the world- it was during that journey that he stumbled upon the yachting world. What started as a short adventure quickly became a full-blown passion. He now has three years of experience in the industry, working on both private and charter yachts, including Atlantic crossings and fishing tournaments. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Leo brings a solid mix of work ethic, chilled vibes and hands-on skills. Outside of work he enjoys hitting the gym, skateboarding, cycling, learning new languages and discovering new cultures- always with a backpack ready for the next adventure.

Pippa is originally from a small spa town in the Peak District in England. Although she grew up in the countryside, she has always loved being by the ocean. Pippa travelled overseas at the first chance she got, spending a summer on a 5 star Catamaran at the age of 20. After completing her English Language Degree, she lived and worked in Australia where she spent most of her time working in the hospitality industry, shaking cocktails on the Sydney Harbour or giving beer recommendations at the famous Australian Heritage Hotel at The Rocks.
Pippa thrives off delivering an excellent service experience at all times and has always been extremely eager to meet and work alongside people from all walks of life, and the yachting industry provides her with just that!
Pippa loves lifting heavy weights, but if you don’t find her in the gym, she will be in her cabin giving herself a well-deserved pamper with all the latest beauty products!

Now based in Spain, she combines her love of cooking with a deep appreciation for global flavours and fresh, local ingredients. As a dedicated sous chef, she thrives in dynamic environments and brings creativity, efficiency and positive energy to every dish she prepares.
When she’s not in the kitchen, Karina’s adventurous spirit leads her to the ocean and beyond. Whether she’s skateboarding, surfing, snorkeling, hiking or exploring new destinations, she’s always seeking the next exciting experience- and the inspiration that comes with it.

Emily grew up in a small town in the countryside of central England. Her love for travel began at a young age which encouraged her to leave home at 19 after working in high end country hotels and restaurants whilst studying chemistry and politics at college. Emily loves trail running and open water swimming. Currently training for her first Ultra trail marathon. Emily has also recently gained her helicopter private pilot's license. a passion she has had for a long time.
If she isn't running or flying, Emily will be free diving and spearfishing for local I fish to have for fresh sushi! One of her favorite dishes.
Emily has a strong passion for wine and is currently working her way up to sommelier hopefully in the next few years. With over five years' experience in the yachting industry, she has an array of skills which will be sure to make your trip extra special!

Stephen is from a small coastal town off the coast of South Africa. After school he studied become a qualified boat builder and draftsman. He worked for two companies where he was part building high performance catamarans and designing masts. In 2014 he left South Africa to become a Marine Engineer in the Yachting Industry and accomplished his Chief Engineer tickets quickly. When Stephen is not in the Engine Room, he is outside loving Nature and the Ocean. In his spare time, he likes to be surfing, diving, snorkeling and wakeboarding.

Stephanus grew up in a small coastal town in South Africa. Since a young age he has been surfing and diving which started his passion for being on the ocean. After school, he decided to take the leap into yachting, just over two years ago, Where he joined his first boat, mainly traveling around the USA and Mexico. When Stephanus is not working, he is enjoying his photography, which he also uses to make amazing charter videos! He also enjoys hiking, biking and spearfishing.

Nicola studied for 10 years at Culinary School and Cooking Academy, one of them being the Boscolo Etoile in Venice (now in Rome). After his first experience cooking in London in early 2009, he came back to his home country, Italy. Nicola comes from a little town 40km south of Milan, where rice and geese are the prized products of the land. He’s been in five-star hotels working alongside Michelin-star chefs and many catering companies in Milan, adding to his experience in all the hospitality sectors; from fine-dining restaurants, private events, catering, large pax events, to teaching cooking classes for groups. With a knowledge of worldwide cuisine such Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern and South American, Nicola likes to follow the preferences of his guests to create an experience that is suited to them based on their taste and style. He also leads a plant-based lifestyle and is proficient in preparing the most delicious vegan cuisine. Nicola cooks using healthy ingredients and enjoys using new techniques, baking fresh breads and desserts to enhance the dining experience from start to finish.
