Since then, he has commanded a wide range of vessels, from motor yachts and sailing yachts to small passenger ships, navigating some of the world’s most storied waters. His extensive voyages have taken him across the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, with a deep familiarity of the Mediterranean, Caribbean, North and Central America, the South Pacific Islands, and Southeast Asia. A true adventurer at heart, Stephan thrives on new challenges while prioritising safety, professionalism, and an unforgettable experience for guests and crew alike. Whether cruising tropical coastlines or crossing open oceans, his expertise ensures every journey is as smooth as it is extraordinary.

His extensive experience spans a wide range of vessels, from National Geographic research ships exploring remote waters to massive cargo carriers and sleek luxury yachts. On deck, Noel expertly handles exterior maintenance, docking procedures, anchoring operations, and sailing manoeuvres, ensuring seamless voyages in all conditions, while also assisting the Captain with technical and engineering tasks thanks to his mechanical expertise and sharp problem-solving skills. Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality, Noel is the kind of crew member who steps up without hesitation, adapting to any challenge and keeping operations running smoothly no matter the circumstances.
