He has good skills including but not limited to meal planning, provisioning, food safety and hygiene as well as administration and inventory, and complete management of the galley.

Offshore and match-race regata experience, Knowledge of the main Mediterranean sailing routes, Boat management/engineering skills, maintenance and care
Experience in a customer focused environment, Excellent organisational skills and strong understanding of safe working practice
As a experience Captain he has achieved many professional Titles .
He speaks fluently English .
