He has over 23 years of experience in the yachting and maritime industry. He started his career in 2002 after graduating from a technical high school and has since built extensive experience at sea. He is highly dedicated to his profession and has a strong passion for maritime life.
He has been working on Ubi Bene since his first season. As captain, he is responsible for the safety of all persons on board. He oversees the yacht’s navigation, operations, crew management, and itinerary planning.
He speaks English and Arabic. His hobbies include reading books and sports. He is a competent and experienced captain who ensures safe, smooth, and enjoyable charter experiences for all guests onboard.

Chef İbrahim was born in Erzurum. Throughout his career, he has worked in a wide range of prestigious restaurants, hotels, and private yachts. His experience includes positions such as Chef de Cuisine at Etiler Damario Restaurant, Home Store, Armani Café in Nisantasi, Head Chef at Laguna Hotel in Marmaris, and various executive chef roles including Valena Yachting in Bodrum, Kobra King charter yacht, Sanko Holding private yacht Julem, Sabancı Esas Holding private chef, Reef Island Bahrain, and Ceadar Sea 70m motor yacht in Athens.
He has over 28 years of experience in the culinary industry. Ibrahim began his career after completing his education in a private tourism and culinary school and has since built a strong background in both luxury hospitality and international yacht operations. He is highly experienced in leading professional kitchen teams and delivering high-end dining experiences.
His culinary expertise includes modern European cuisine, Italian cuisine, Ottoman/Turkish cuisine, pastry, and world café & bakery concepts.
2026 season will be his first season on Ubi Bene. He speaks English and Italian also holds a Master Chef certificate.
He is a highly skilled and creative chef who brings extensive international experience to the galley, ensuring exceptional dining experiences tailored to guest expectations throughout every charter.

Housekeeper Nur has 4 years of experience in the hospitality and yachting industry. She is trained in gastronomy and tourism, combining strong academic background with hands-on yacht experience. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort onboard.
Nur was born in Denizli and studied Gastronomy & Culinary Arts, as well as Tourism at Eastern Mediterranean University. She has worked on several private yachts including M/Y Allegro, M/Y Odyssey, and M/Y Cipitouba, where she developed solid experience in luxury yacht housekeeping and guest service
standards.
She has been working on her current yacht since her first year. Her hobbies include reading books and traveling.
She speaks English and holds several certifications, including Personal Safety &
Social Responsibility, Personal Survival Techniques, and WSET Level 1 in Wine & Spirits. She is a professional and detail-oriented housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests throughout their charter experience.

Hostess Damlasu was born in Mersin on 21.01.2003 and is currently studying English Translation and Interpreting. Before joining his current position, he worked on several yachts including Remzi Yılmaz and Ubi Bene, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in deck operations and daily yacht routines.
She has 3 years of experience in the yachting industry. He is passionate about maritime life and enjoys both technical and practical aspects of onboard operations.
She has been working on Ubi Bene for her second season. Her hobbies include drawing and traveling. Damlasu speaks English and holds 5 STCW certificates.
She is a motivated and creative seafarer who supports the smooth operation of the yacht and contributes to a positive onboard environment

He has been working on his current yacht since his first season. His hobbies include fishing, football, and billiards. Doğaç speaks English.
He is a motivated and hardworking deckhand who is focused on learning and supporting the smooth operation of the yacht while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
