Her love for the ocean and travel eventually led her to the yachting industry, where she enjoys combining her hospitality background with life at sea. Eleisha grew up in Far North Queensland, Australia, where life on her family’s sugar cane farm and time spent on the water shaped her strong work ethic and love for the outdoors. Before entering yachting, she worked internationally as a ski and snowboard instructor across Australia, Japan, and Canada, while also gaining experience in hospitality and film production. Since joining the industry, she has worked on private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Australia, progressing from Deckhand to Bosun and enjoying the fast-paced nature of life at sea.

With a strong appreciation for nature and the outdoors, he was naturally drawn to the yachting industry. Ruan’s friendly, outgoing personality and eagerness to assist ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment they step on board.

Originally from Cape Town, with Namibian roots, Immo brings a calm and friendly energy to the engineering team. A qualified mechanical engineer, he transitioned into the yachting world in pursuit of a more adventurous lifestyle –and never looked back. With a natural love for problem solving and a deep technical foundation, Immo is dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. When he’s not in the engine room, you’re likely to find him with a camera in hand, casting a fishing line, or sharing a good laugh with guests and crew.

After studying Cinema and Photography at Southern Illinois University, Nathan worked in Los Angeles as a photographer and cameraman before transitioning into expedition work in Alaska. Since 2018, he has been a naturalist and photography guide with Lindblad/National Geographic Expeditions, leading guests in Southeast Alaska, Baja California, and Antarctica. His work focuses on wildlife, landscapes, and conservation, using both traditional and drone photography to showcase the natural world and inspire others to explore and protect it.

As a four-time world champion in competitive acrobatic dance, Lucia brings strong discipline, a
positive attitude, and a natural team mindset.

Ivona grew up in a big family in the quiet countryside of Serbia. She left home at the age of 18, with big dreams of living on a small island far away from home. Ivona spent several years on the remote and captivating island of Malta, where she started her career in the superyacht industry. She has cruised extensively throughout the Caribbean, even serving the British Royal family. Her unique background has given her years of invaluable training in delivering top-notch, first-class service to all guests onboard. Ivona is passionate about creating and maintain beautiful interior spaces and thrilled to be working with a team of passionate and dedicated crew members.

Hailing from England, Charlie brings over 15 years of experience at sea, primarily aboard expedition yachts navigating some of the most remote corners of the globe. With a strong mechanical background, he ensures every system onboard runs smoothly, no matter the conditions. Charlie is also a certified PADI Dive Instructor, passionate about sharing the wonders of the underwater world with guests. His calm demeanor, technical expertise, and adventurous spirit make him an invaluable asset to any expedition.
