He is at ease with all aspects of running, managing, and maintaining a yacht. He ensures a smooth operation, preempting issues where he can and assisting and guiding all crew members with their duties when possible. Having worked many years in the customer service industry, John is equally comfortable with crew management and guest requirements. He takes great personal pride in running a smooth, well managed and carefully budgeted charter where client’s expectations are exceeded. He gets great satisfaction from a well-managed and clean work environment, while ensuring all equipment is well maintained to have a smooth operation. Known for her adaptability, leadership, and high onboard standards, Virginie brings a strong background in guest service, safety protocols, and vessel maintenance, and is passionate about creating a professional welcoming environment. Tereza excels in guest relations, interior setup, crew management, and event planning, with a strong focus on creating memorable onboard experiences. She holds multiple industry certifications, including Food & Hygiene Level 2 and WSET Wine Levels 1 & 2 awards. With a background in private service and hospitality, Tereza brings professionalism, discretion, and enthusiasm to every role.
