Océane will spend her 3rd season in the Upstream’s team. She has always been passionate about this environment, graduated from the CFBS, the coastal boat license, and a personal on-board CQP.
She is smiley, discreet with a positive and jovial personality and perfectly knows the yacht. She looks forward to welcoming you on board and meeting all your needs.

Michael has always been drawn to the sea, gaining valuable experience in navigation, yacht maintenance, and high-end charter service. A certified Captain 200 and Engineer 750kW, he combines technical expertise with a strong work ethic. As a former high-level rowing coach, he brings discipline, teamwork, and a passion for sports.
Enthusiastic and dynamic, Michael will be delighted to introduce guests to a range of water activities, including wakeboarding, eFoil, and Seabob. Whether assisting on deck or creating fun on the water, he ensures every moment on board is both safe and unforgettable.

Géraldine brings over 20 years of culinary experience, from Michelin-starred restaurants to luxury yachts and private villas. As head chef on board, she crafts refined, flavorful dishes tailored to each guest’s preferences. Her expertise spans Mediterranean, French, and international cuisine, with a strong background in fine dining and event catering. Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, she combines creativity with precision. Warm and attentive, Géraldine ensures that every meal on board is a delight, offering both exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation.

Culinary styles: Mediterranean, French, North and South American, Asian fusion and Eastern European.

Brice started sailing with his father at a young age and has never stopped.  His passion led him to become a master 500 GT and 750KW engineer. Safety, guest care, and crew management are his top priorities. With extensive experience in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Indian, and Pacific Oceans, he is a skilled and reliable team member. He likes to share his experiences with guests. He is always enthusiastic, professional, and loves a job well done.
He is passionate about water sports, especially wakeboarding and scuba diving with certifications by  PADI Divemaster and  AIDA Freediving.

Renaud was born in Aubagne between Marseille and Toulon.
Growing up in the South of France, he spent countless hours on boats fishing
and spearfishing. As a young adult, Renaud toured the world for 7 years as a
diving instructor with both Padi and French certificates.
He has been sailing for 12 years, including 5 years in France with experience
also in Australia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Philippines, New
Zealand, and the Canary Islands.
This will be the fourth year Renaud will be leading the team as Captain of the
UPSTREAM.
He has extensive knowledge of the marine parks including the national park of
Marseille, the French Riviera, Corsica and the "Pelagos" reserve (off the coast
of Porquerolles) for cetacean observation.
An all-around sportsman, Renaud practices running and martial arts in his off
time.

An experienced and versatile chief stewardess, Alice works both independently and as part of a team, performing bridge watches and deck maneuvers.
Her diverse experience (she has worked on charter and private yachts) in service, management and provisioning, including far-flung destinations, has enabled her to develop professionalism and efficiency with a demanding, international clientele.
Alice loves challenges, team spirit, learning and passing on knowledge. She's also highly adaptable, and enjoys offering top-quality service to all her guests, young and old alike.
She has been part of the Upstream team for four years.
