Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Casey developed a strong connection to the sea before she could walk. Since earning her bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law Philosophy from Old Dominion University, she has worked on a private island in the Exumas, delivered sailboats throughout the Caribbean Sea, bartended at a ski resort in the mountains of West Virginia, and cruised the East Coast of the US. She is a PADI Divemaster and the seasonal Captain of M/Y Firefly, Fleet Miami’s Azimut 68 located in Annapolis. In her spare time, you will find Casey on a yoga mat or her roller skates.

Gino was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa but recently received his Green Card and is currently living in the States. Before Gino broke into the yachting industry he worked for a high-end restaurant in Cape Town the was rated number 1 in Africa and in the top 50 restaurants in the world. He started in the yachting industry as a service steward in the Mediterranean, but has since transitioned on deck. His goal is to achieve his Master 3000gt Captain License. Gino has a passion for surfing, fly fishing, boating and traveling.

Zach grew up in Massachusetts where he developed a love for the ocean. He has worked on the water in many facets, from marinas to yacht clubs to mega yachts. Before joining yachting, Zach earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado. While there, he developed an appreciation for snowboarding and the mountains. Zach has cruised many areas in the Atlantic, including: The Great Lakes, Nova Scotia and Canada, New England, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas. He currently lives in south Florida with his dog, Ragu.
Dale was born and raised in Zimbabwe. She moved to Sarasota, Florida with her family at the age of ten. She loves all watersports and has been a rower for 10 years, including rowing at the collegiate level at the University of Oklahoma. Dale got involved in yachting because it is something many people in her family have pursued and loved. In her free time, Dale enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and long walks with her dog Teddy.

Amanda was born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland where she developed a love of the outdoors, especially the water. She began horseback riding at the age of three and still keeps enjoys riding when she is home. During college, Amanda worked on Assateague Island as a kayak tour guide. Upon receiving her BS in Biology from Salisbury University, Amanda began working in a lab, but missed being out on the water. She initially entered yachting for a short break before graduate school but enjoyed it so much that she has stayed for years.

Jeff hails from Seattle, Washington and has a culinary arts degree from South Seattle Community College. Before he took to the water Jeff was a chef and food service director for big businesses as well as hospitals. Jeff was introduced to yachting by his best friend who was already in the industry. He has been working on yachts and private estates since the year 2000 and has a plethora of experience with private as well as charter programs. His favorite cruising ports are Barra de Navidad, Mexico & Vancouver Island, Canada. Jeff loves being a chef on yachts because of the creative freedom it allows as well as the places it takes him to. Jeff is an incredibly thoughtful and conscientious chef and can cater to anyones specific dietary needs. When Jeff isn’t in the galley you will find him reading a good murder mystery and researching new recipes.
Zak was born and raised on the west coast in Fresno, California. Participating in swim and water polo from the age of 4 through college, he has always had an affinity to anything and everything water. Working his way through a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration, he has held jobs in numerous different industries from electrician, to rock climbing coach, to camp counselor. Joining yachting only two short years ago, Zak has had the opportunity to travel between the east coast, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean as deckhand, mate, engineer, and now as the Captain of Usher chase boat Splinter. In his spare time, Zak enjoys the gym, bicycling, and settling in for a good movie.

Courtney was born in Surrey, England but came to Sarasota Florida at the age of two. She spent her childhood on and around small boats. Courtney earned her Bachelors in Science with a focus in biology from Florida State University. She started out detailing boats during her summers at college and is currently working towards building her sea time so that she can obtain the larger licenses. Some of her favorite places to cruise are the Bahamas and the Northeast coast of the USA. Courtney is also a lover of the outdoors so you can find her snowboarding, wake boarding, rock climbing and traveling to new countries in her spare time.

Andrea was born and raised in Chicago. Her dance team scholarship at Florida Atlantic University brought her south, where she earned her BBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management. She had hopes of working aboard a cruise ship but became intrigued with the yachting industry. Andrea’s first full time yachting job was on M/Y Harle. Prior to yachting, Andrea has been dancing since the age of three. Her dancing enabled her to travel all over the US as well as aboard a cruise ship competing nationally. Aside from dancing her hobbies include traveling, baking, cosmetology, and interior design.

Hunter was raised in Kansas City, Kansas where he spent summers on his parents 50ft motor yacht on the lake of the Ozarks. He joined the US Air Force at 17 as a NATO weapons inspector. After tours in the Gulf War, Iraq, and Afghanistan, Hunter was interested in a shift to a safer career. He joined yachting in 2004 and worked his way up to his 1600 ton Captains license. Hunter enjoys yoga and has plans to have a farm in Ocala, Florida.
