Originally from South Africa and now based in Florida, Xandi has over seven years of experience in the yachting industry, with strong longevity across both private and charter programs. Having progressed to Chief Stewardess on vessels up to 60 meters, she is confident in all areas of interior operations, with a particular focus on high-end service and team leadership.
Xandi is experienced in managing busy interiors, training junior crew, overseeing accounting and inventories, and working closely with the galley on menus and wine pairings. Known for her attention to detail and calm, professional approach, she consistently maintains charter-ready standards while ensuring guests receive seamless, attentive service.
Outside of yachting, Xandi enjoys Pilates, yoga, cycling, travel, and snorkeling.

He is confident standing watch, managing navigation and berthing, and contributing to operational improvements both on deck and on the bridge. Outside of yachting, Dennis leads an active lifestyle and enjoys climbing, hiking, diving, watersports, woodworking, and music, bringing a balanced and positive energy to life onboard.

With over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens and onboard yachts, Mauro brings a thoughtful, genuine approach to cooking, focused on flavor, quality ingredients, and guest enjoyment. His culinary roots are in Mexican cuisine, elevated with international influences, and he is also comfortable preparing Kosher dishes, pastries, and freshly baked breads.
He enjoys creating food that feels personal and memorable, from relaxed daily meals to special celebrations, always adapting to guest preferences and dietary needs. Classically trained as a Master Chef and continuously refining his craft through advanced culinary training, he combines creativity with strong organization and smooth galley management.
Above all, his goal is simple: to cook food that people genuinely enjoy and want to come back to.

Andrew Forsyth is a British Chief Engineer with over 20 years of experience in yachting, supported by a strong technical background in marine engineering. He has worked across a wide range of vessels from 40 to 90 meters, including new builds, refits, and world-cruising programs.
Highly hands-on and detail-oriented, Andrew has extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and AV/IT systems, as well as commissioning, surveys, and planned maintenance implementation. He is known for running efficient, well-organized engine rooms and for his positive, team-focused approach. In his free time, Andrew enjoys motorsport, working on cars and bikes, and staying active through running, mountain biking, and skiing.

Captain Chris was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, where life has always revolved around the sea. At just 16 years old, he began working on passenger ferries servicing Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, gaining early professional experience in demanding coastal waters. In 1991, he secured his first motor yacht position aboard the Forbes family yacht, The Highlander, where he spent over a decade developing both his maritime career - advancing to Captain - and his deep understanding of client satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Chris has had the privilege of serving leaders of business such as Steve Forbes, icons of entertainment including Joan Rivers, and political figures like Margaret Thatcher. Now calling Newport, Rhode Island home, he lives with his daughter and two Labradors. A well-traveled Captain who has helmed some of the most luxurious yachts afloat, Chris believes strong relationships with guests and crew alike are the foundation of true success at sea.

Jeff brings a calm, focused approach to command, shaped by hands-on experience and a genuine love for life on the water.
Outside of yachting, he enjoys a wide range of outdoor pursuits including snowboarding, kite surfing, and free diving - activities that reflect his appreciation for balance, challenge, and the natural world.
