Summa is from the beautiful coastline of South Africa where her passion for the outdoors, fitness and exercise grew. Summa went on to study sport and exercise science, facilitating her growth to becoming a personal trainer. Her love for personal fitness has extended her skills into CrossFit, Pilates, fitness coaching, kettlebells, speed, and agility, etc. Combining her personal training with her desire to travel and meet new people has resulted in her being in the yachting industry for 2 years as a well experienced stewardess and personal trainer.

Jeff was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. He started his yachting career 12 years ago on a sailboat and then moved on to motor yachts. Jeff enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as snowboarding, kite surfing, and free diving. With his dedication to excellence and passion for yachting, Jeff is committed to creating a truly beautiful yachting experience for all guests.

Born in NAS Jacksonville, Florida, Jason was the son of a Naval Aviator. Later in life he then joined the U.S. Military himself where he spent numerous years overseas. After that, he found his love and passion for the ocean and became a SCUBA diving instructor and worked on yachts. He has been in the marine industry for the last 14 years. In his spare time, you can find him off traveling the world on some adventure, snowboarding, enjoying music festivals, or just relaxing at home with friends.

Paul was born in NJ but spent much of my life in Hawaii and California, which is where he developed his interest and love for the ocean. He has been working onboard yachts for nearly 20 years. He has been fortunate enough to work with many programs, from world cruising to far-flung places such as Antarctica, Africa, The Pacific, SE Asia, and South and Central America, to busy charter yachts in The Mediterranean and Caribbean. Paul’s interests include training jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA, surfing and coffee.

Mario Sanchez is Mexican, from Mexico City, Mexico. He has more than 15 years in the yachting industry where he gets to enjoy one of his greatest passions which is cooking with enthusiasm and respect for the kitchen, capturing great flavors in all his meals. At home he has his beautiful and beloved wife, his 6-year-old “princess” daughter, and his 18-month-old twin boys. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, swimming, and is very passionate about playing Football, or Soccer as known to the Americans.

Elisa is your primary contact to ensure you have an exceptional time onboard, with six years of experience in the yachting industry and thirteen years in the maritime industry. Elisa has a wealth of knowledge to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Her passion for interacting with people and working in multicultural environments led her to join the maritime industry. During her time off, Elisa enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.

Rochelle is from the United Kingdom and grew up in the city of Southampton. She has always had a passion for incredible service and an itch to travel. Spending 4.5 years with British Airways as a flight attendant, she has traveled worldwide. After that, she wanted a change of scenery from the sky to the sea; now, having spent two years in the yachting industry, she still very much enjoys all that yachting has to offer. Rochelle enjoys exploring trendy restaurants in the city, along with having a good eye for fashion as well.

Jessica comes from a small town in the South Island of New Zealand. While this is her first experience working on a yacht, she brings with her five years of travel experience where she was a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines. She is very passionate about meeting new people and has a deep love for being both in and on the water.

Since 2019, Ross has been a dedicated AV IT/ETO professional in the yachting industry, mastering the management of cutting-edge technologies across diverse applications. His passion for his craft drives him to continually expand his expertise, most recently venturing into Cyber Security. Outside of work, Ross combines his love for off-the-beaten-path African adventures with his talent for wildlife photography. He eagerly anticipates creating unforgettable experiences for the guests of Utopia IV.
