Serhat has built an impressive culinary career through luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants and the international yachting industry. His professional journey began at Limak Ambassadore Hotel before continuing at Limak Limra Hotel, where his talent quickly earned recognition, including 3rd place in the Young Chefs Competition organized by the Turkish Chefs Federation. He later became Chef at Varuna Gezgin Cafe Del Mundo and further refined his culinary expertise at Mutfak Sanatları Akademisi, completing ProChef training and receiving additional recognition in national culinary competitions. Serhat also worked during the opening period of Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel, preparing exclusive menus for Paris Hilton! Since entering the yachting industry in 2021, Serhat has worked aboard luxury charter yachts throughout Europe, bringing creativity, precision, and passion to every dining experience. Specializing in Mediterranean, Turkish, Italian, and international cuisine, he is highly experienced in seafood, premium meats, pastries, desserts, olive oil dishes, and refined contemporary gastronomy.
Outside the galley, he enjoys motorbikes, cycling, and travelling!

Born in Milas, Turkey Yasin is a highly experienced yacht engineer with many years of service aboard both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Europe. Holding a 750kW Engineer Certificate, he is passionate about mechanics, repairs, and technical innovation. Known for his calm and solution oriented approach, Yasin combines strong technical expertise with unwavering dedication to his profession, ensuring that every onboard system operates safely and efficiently. Reliable, hardworking, and exceptionally knowledgeable, he has earned a respected reputation within the charter industry for his professionalism and commitment to excellence.

In his free time, Yasin enjoys swimming, reading, watching movies, drinking coffee, and working on mechanical projects and repairs. He speaks basic English.

Gülnara brings several years of experience in the luxury charter yacht industry and is currently continuing her studies within the Tourism Department at Antalya University. With a strong background in hospitality and guest relations, she understands the importance of attentive service and creating a welcoming onboard atmosphere. Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and eye for detail, Gülnara delivers high standards of service while ensuring guests feel relaxed and exceptionally well cared for throughout their journey.

She is also highly skilled in cocktail preparation, taking great pleasure in crafting both classic and signature cocktails tailored to guests’ preferences.

An enthusiastic traveller with an active lifestyle, Gülnara enjoys yoga, hiking, surfing, photography, and exploring new destinations. Fluent in English, Russian, and Turkish, she communicates effortlessly with international guests and contributes greatly to the warm and inviting atmosphere onboard.

Raised by the sea in Antalya, Ekrem developed a passion for the ocean and water sports from an early age. Now 27 years old, he has gained valuable experience within the European charter industry and has become highly skilled in chase boat operations and luxury yacht support services. He also completed an internship aboard a cruise ship operating throughout the United States and Caribbean, further strengthening his international maritime and hospitality experience.

Ekrem holds a 499 GT Yacht Master License, ROC Certificate, Advanced Medical First Aid certification, and all required STCW qualifications.

Energetic, professional, and guest-oriented, he plays an important role in ensuring smooth guest transfers, safe water sports activities, and seamless support during charter operations. His positive attitude and strong seamanship contribute greatly to the onboard experience.

Outside of work, Ekrem enjoys sailing, football, fishing, meeting new people, and exploring historical sites. He speaks fluent English.

Raised in Bodrum, Mustafa developed his passion for the sea from an early age. A graduate of marine school with a Yacht Master degree, he also studied Marine Transportation and Management at both Uludağ University and Yalova University. Mustafa began his yachting career as a junior deckhand, steadily progressing through the ranks to senior deckhand and able seaman while completing his Yacht Master qualifications. Today, he is a qualified Commercial Unlimited Yacht Master with extensive experience commanding large luxury charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean.

Having successfully operated charters across the Adriatic, Italy, the Greek Islands, the Turkish coastline, and Cyprus, Mustafa combines exceptional navigational expertise with calm professionalism and a guest-focused approach. His deep regional knowledge and dedication to service allow guests to enjoy safe, seamless, and truly unforgettable cruising experiences.

Outside of yachting, Mustafa enjoys sailing, travelling, diving, fishing, reading, and meeting new people. He speaks English well.
