Matt grew up dinghy sailing and helping run a family charter fishing boat on the Isle of Man. He joined the yachting industry in 2008 and has worked on a variety of boats from classic yachts to modern larger vessels. In his spare time, he enjoys carrying out restorations on classic gaff cutters and keeping the traditions and history alive. He takes an active part in the organisation of the Manx Traditional Boat weekend and helps with fundraising and running of the Charity Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch charity. When not working on boats he spends time in Norway skiing, hiking and fishing with his brother and nephews.

Panos originates from Athens Greece. In his early 20’s, he moved to Genoa, Italy, to pursue his studies in science. After several years in hospitality, he decided to join the yachting industry in 2013. Throughout his career he has worked on well-known vessels such as M/Y Bleu de Nimes (60m), M/Y Dionea (53m), M/Y Shizamy (43m), M/Y Oasis (60m), and M/Y De Ja Too (53m). He has sailed across the Atlantic, Caribbean, Venezuelan Coast, Iceland, and the Mediterranean. Outside of yachting Panos enjoys exploring new places and cultures, reading, swimming, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Joanna is a positive, outgoing individual who truly enjoys making people feel comfortable. After 4 years of working on yachts in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, she has learned to love the lifestyle and the connection with guests from all over the world. She enjoys bringing good energy and making every guest’s experience feel personal and memorable. Joanna is from Alicante and is very excited for the summer of providing an unforgettable experience for the guests.

Patrick was born and raised on the Channel Island of Jersey where he developed a strong connection to the ocean, spending his summers, surfing, sailing and snorkeling. He later joined the Royal Navy as a Junior Engineer on Submarines. During his time in the service, Patrick continued to sail where he also developed a passion for scuba diving. When not onboard you'll usually find him surfing during the summer seasons or snowboarding in the winter.

Thomas grew up in Kent, England, and holds a business degree after four years of study. Unsure of what path to take after university, he quickly realised that office life wasn’t for him. Curious about the yachting world, he decided to give it a go—and two years later, he hasn’t looked back. Thomas brings energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn to every crew he joins. Outside of work, he’s passionate about motorbiking and loves hitting the open road with his brother whenever he gets the chance.

Nancy was born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico and is currently based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. She studied Veterinary medicine in Mexico before being drawn to the yachting industry by its dynamic lifestyle, where she developed a passion for delivering high standards of service at sea. She is known for being hardworking, kind and responsible. Nancy takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests always maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and video editing and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Originally from Leeds in the UK- Julian is a highly experienced and versatile chef with 10 years in Michelin-starred restaurants and a further decade dedicated to the luxury yachting industry. known for delivering refined, guest-focused cuisine with a calm, professional approach, he has crafted bespoke dining experiences for members of multiple royal families, world leaders, A-list celebrities and high-profile CEO’s. Outside of yachting Julian leads an active lifestyle and enjoys mountain biking, football, skiing and spending time with family and friends. in his remaining spare time he enjoys nothing better than working on or driving his classic sports car.

Steve has been a professional chef for 25 years, but thanks to his mother, he has been exposed to the delights of great Italian cuisine for a good deal longer. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate of working in some of London’s most renowned kitchens including St. John, Alistair Little, Rowley Leigh and Le Cafe Anglaise amongst others. Over the last 10 years, Steve has expanded his expertise to yachting and served as a Head Chef for a Formula 1 racing team, catering to racing drivers’ nutritional needs and VIPs at global events. Continually inspired by the endless possibilities of the culinary world, Steve remains passionate about creating innovative and technical dishes, guided by a few simple principles.

Gordon is a fourth-generation seafarer, raised in an environment surrounded by boats and electrical and mechanical engineering. He started his career as a junior apprentice in marine electrical and electronic engineering, specializing in boat construction. After completing his apprenticeship, he transitioned to mechanical engineering at sea. With over 16 years of experience working at sea, Gordon has developed a wealth of expertise in the field. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing golf, brewing beer and has recently taken to Astro photography. All of this is balanced with quality time spent with his wife and young daughter.

Glenn started his career in the cruise ship industry back in 2007, working as a laundry steward for just over 10 years, before crossing over to yachting. During his time at sea Glenn has been lucky to explore most parts of Asia, Europe, the USA and the Caribbean. In his spare time Glenn is passionate about traveling and discovering new locations, maintaining an active lifestyle, and embracing the joys of life.
