Originally from Belize, Chief Officer Marlon has had a lifelong passion for the ocean. Before joining the yachting industry in 2014, he spent 10 years working in marine conservation as a Park Ranger and Marine Biologist, giving him an incredible knowledge of coral reefs and marine life. A keen diver since the age of 17, he loves sharing his enthusiasm for the underwater world with guests.
As chief officer, Marlon leads the deck team and assists the captain with navigation and daily operations. He is also the yacht's Divemaster, fishing guide and jet ski instructor, making him the perfect person to help guests enjoy everything the water has to offer. When he's not on deck, Marlon enjoys fishing, a true passion that stems from growing up in a fishing family.

Known for his approachable nature and calm leadership style, he creates an environment onboard that feels both professional and welcoming.
William is passionate about delivering memorable experiences and believes the best trips are the ones that feel effortless for guests. Outside of the bridge, he enjoys fishing, fitness, and watersports, interests that naturally carry into the energy and atmosphere he brings onboard M/Y VICTORIA DEL MAR.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Renee joins the yachting industry with fresh energy and a strong work ethic. Prior to yachting, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Education and spent a year working in a regional hospital before deciding to combine her passion for travel with a career at sea. She has also gained daywork experience in Ventimiglia and Palma de Mallorca, building valuable exposure to life onboard.
As stewardess, Renee supports the interior team with housekeeping and laundry while assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest care. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn, she brings a positive attitude and attention to detail to every aspect of her role.

As chief stewardess, Autumn oversees all aspects of the interior and leads the interior team with professionalism and care. Known for her warm personality and positive attitude, she takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and exceptionally well looked after. When she's not on board, Autumn enjoys travelling, snowboarding, and staying active through fitness and outdoor adventures.

Maggie Robertson

Originally from Uruguay, Federico brings over thirteen years of experience across commercial vessels and luxury yachts. Beginning his career as an engine cadet on cargo and cruise ships, he built a strong technical foundation before progressing into senior engineering roles within yachting. Since then, he has served as chief engineer and second engineer on notable motor yachts, overseeing major refits, planned maintenance, and daily operations while cruising extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans, as well as worldwide crossings.
As chief engineer, Federico is responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of all onboard mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. He oversees maintenance schedules, repairs, and refits while working closely with crew and technicians to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Joshua entered yachting at 19 after working as a professional lifeguard for the City of Cape Town. Now with three years of experience onboard, he has gained solid seamanship skills across South Africa, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the East Coast of North America, and the Mediterranean, and is focused on progressing toward chief officer.
As lead deckhand, Joshua oversees the exterior team and daily deck operations, ensuring the vessel is maintained to a high standard. He is also heavily involved in guest activities, especially water sports, bringing a strong sense of safety and confidence to everything he does. Joshua is known onboard for being laid-back but switched on, easygoing with guests and crew, and always willing to help without hesitation.

Joshua Viljoen

Matthew grew up on the water in South Africa alongside his brother, a commercial fisherman, which gave him a natural foundation in seamanship from a young age. He has since gained experience across the Mediterranean, East Coast USA, and the Caribbean on both private and charter yachts.
As a deckhand, he is responsible for exterior maintenance, washdowns, night watches, tender operations, and guest water sports, and is known for being reliable, hands-on, and quick to step in wherever needed. Matthew’s personality really comes through in his adventurous, slightly unconventional side, especially his passion for underwater metal detecting, where he spends hours exploring the seabed with genuine curiosity and focus. He brings that same determined, can-do energy into his work on board.

As a deckhand, William supports exterior operations including maintenance, water sports, and general deck duties, bringing an enthusiastic and adaptable approach as he develops his skills onboard. William is naturally drawn to the water, with a calm, focused personality that comes through in both sailing and swimming, while also expressing his creativity through music production in his downtime.

Originally from Mossel Bay, South Africa, Iwan grew up surrounded by the ocean, making life at sea a natural fit. With over 10 years in the yachting industry, he has cruised extensively throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Central America and Mediterranean, including multiple Atlantic crossings.
As chief officer, Iwan is the captain's right-hand man, leading the deck team and overseeing safety on board. A qualified RYA Watersports Instructor and highly skilled tender driver, he enjoys helping guests make the most of their time on the water. Iwan has a passion for blues music and even built his own guitar!
