Mario hails from Italy and has a very long sailing experience with over 305000 nautical miles and 16 ocean crossings. He has cruised almost everywhere, including the Mediterranean Sea, the Caribbean Sea, as well as the Baltic and the North Seas. In addition, he has sailed all along the East Coast of the United States, from Boston to Florida and the Bahamas, along with the Middle East and Dubai. Sailor born and raised, Mario is always looking forward to discovering new places and experiences. He is passionate about his job. A very important experience for him has been in the Royal Italian Navy, where he served in the San Marco assault battalion. He is a very eclectic and kind character. He loves entertaining his guests on board and making them feel comfortable. His goal is to provide them with an unforgettable holiday and nice memories. During his spare time, Mario loves cooking, horse riding, and discovering more about traditions and history. His passions include, inter alia, animals, motorcycles, painting, and classic art. With a wealth of experience in chartering as well as a team that works solidly together, Mario aims to give guests the experience of a lifetime on board VICTORIOUS.

With over 24 years of culinary experience, he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private estates, embassies, and high-end charter yachts. He spent more than five years aboard private yachts and twelve years as Head Chef and Residence Manager at the British Ambassador’s Residence. His clientele has included royal families, heads of state, and private individuals who value discretion and exceptional quality. Classically trained, his cuisine is known for clean, elegant flavors and a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. He creates tailored menus to suit a variety of tastes and dietary requirements, from formal receptions to relaxed on-deck meals. Professionally trained as a butler, he is skilled in formal service, household management, and diplomatic protocol. Calm, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, he strives to deliver not just a meal, but an outstanding guest experience.

The passion for traveling led Daisy to leave her land-based job as an Auditor and join yachting in January of 2009 to pursue the life of working at sea. While working on yachts she used her spare time wisely by enrolling for another degree which she completed in 2020. Daisy loves outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, diving and anything about long drives with her pick up. She spends her time with her nephews and nieces either on a beach, park, gardening, or baking. She loves the art of flower arranging. In 2020, Daisy joined the prestigious OceanX where her passion to save what's at sea has even grown. She spends her free time reading books, watching movies, series or singing. Going to the theatre is one of her favorite things to do as well. While traveling Daisy loves to try the local food to be able to understand the people and local culture.

Wandee hails from the South of Thailand and brings to the yachting sector around nine years of professional experience in massage therapy. She has previously worked at 5-star hotels and Banyan Resorts. Wandee has been trained in many types of massage and her goal is to make VICTORIOUS guests relax during their time on board. Wandee also likes interior decoration and reading.

Yaniorn’s varied and perfected massage skills come from years of experience in various prestigious hotels, multiple cruise ship contracts, as well as working for Emirati royals. Coming from the tourist mecca of Phuket Thailand, Yani knows the expectations of even the most discerning guests. When not at sea Yani spends her time with the family enjoying all the local food that her home island has to offer.

Born and raised in Glasgow, Andy has always had a passion for engineering. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and he very much enjoys travelling, especially in Southeast Asian countries including Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. He worked on oil and gas tanker vessels for several years before entering the yachting industry. Andy’s interests include, among others, cooking, exploring local cuisines, weight training, and mixed martial arts. He also enjoys sky diving occasionally. He will make sure VICTORIOUS guests are in a secure environment.

Zafer was born in the coastal town of Marmaris, Turkey. He has been in the industry for over 10 years. He is a Jet ski instructor, fly board, E-Foil, towables operator. He is an avid deckhand by day, family man and business entrepreneur by night. Zafer’s interest are football, walking, literature, chess and being hands on with everything that’s needed.

Hairul is from Indonesia, and he prides himself on being exceptionally kind, humble, and approachable, finding joy in spreading positivity and ensuring others' happiness. Living by the sea is like a dream to him, and he will be more than happy to live his life as seaman on the yacht industry. His interests include football, photography, making friends and traveling.
