Raised in a family crêperie, Erwan developed an early passion for cooking while immersed in the fast pace of service, customer flow, and kitchen rhythm. With over twenty years of culinary experience, he has worked across a wide range of environments — from chef de partie during alpine winter seasons and Corsican summers, to kitchens in England, a high-energy Parisian bistro as head chef, and as a yacht chef. Passionate, creative, and calm under pressure, Erwan is dedicated to adapting each menu to guests’ preferences and creating memorable dining experiences, with attention to detail and a genuine love for hospitality.

Gregory is passionate about the sea and brings solid experience as a deckhand in delivering smooth and professional service onboard. Attentive to detail, highly organized, and reliable, he is committed to creating a high-level experience for charter guests. With a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, Gregory ensures that every aspect of deck operations and guest service is handled with care, discretion, and efficiency.

Originally from Cannes, Captain Victor has over 13 years of experience in the yachting industry, including 10 years as a captain on yachts between 18 and 27 meters.
At 33, he is known for his professionalism, reliability, and strong sense of hospitality. With solid technical skills, natural leadership, and in-depth knowledge of the Mediterranean, he ensures safe and enjoyable experiences for guests onboard.
