Evan Collier, 2nd Officer, was born in Pretoria, South Africa, where he grew up before moving to the coast near Durban in his late teens. With a family tradition at Pretoria Boys High Schooll,attended by both his father and grandfather, Evan soon found his own path at sea, joining the yachting industry in 2014 to combine his love for travel with life by the ocean. Since then, he has gained experience on prestigious vessels including Hurricane Run (53m), Ventum Maris (65m), and Silver Angel (65m), and recently achieved his Chief Mate 3000GT.
Calm, thoughtful, and forward-thinking, Evan is known for his steady leadership on deck and his focus on safety, ensuring that operations run smoothly and securely. He enjoys the positive atmosphere on board and values the lifestyle and opportunities that come with yachting. For Evan, one of the greatest rewards of chartering is meeting guests from around the world and giving them a memorable experience at sea.
Beyond work, he leads an active life, with a passion for hiking, cycling, and travel. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, Evan’s approachable and easy-going nature allows him to connect effortlessly with crew and guests alike.

Davide, our Bosun on board Motor Yacht Vision, comes from Valle d’Aosta, a beautiful region in the Italian mountains. Despite his alpine roots, he has always nurtured a deep love for the sea and adventure, which naturally led him to yachting. True to his Italian heritage, he enjoys good pasta and watching a soccer game. Above all he is known for his great spirit and motivation at work. Davide is a natural leader, able to inspire and encourage his team to face any challenge on board with confidence. Professional, skilled, and passionate about his role, he brings both expertise and energy to Vision.

Antonio serves as Second Engineer in rotation on board Motor Yacht Vision. Though young for the role, he is highly capable, motivated, and dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht and the safety of both guests and crew.
A naturally shy and sweet person, Antonio’s rosy cheeks, warm smile, and unique laugh bring joy to everyone on board, brightening the day of his fellow crew members. Despite his reserved nature, he is extremely focused and professional, always striving to do his best and maintain the yacht at the highest standard. Antonio’s combination of technical skill, enthusiasm, and gentle personality makes him a valued and trusted member of the Vision team.

Fitzroy Graham, born in Jamaica, is the Chief Engineer aboard motor yacht Vision, which he joined in March 2025. With a strong technical foundation and global training, Fitzroy brings over a decade of engineering expertise to the yachting industry.
He earned his degree in marine engineering from the Caribbean Maritime University, where he also received his first engineering license. His education continued with advanced engineering studies in the USA, France, and the UK, further strengthening his technical credentials.
Coming from a family of engineers, Fitzroy followed a natural path—both of his older brothers also serve as chief engineers on yachts. His experience includes roles as Chief Engineer on Turquoise (55m) and Latitude (52m), as well as 2nd Engineer on Elysian (66m). He now leads the engineering department on Vision, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient vessel operations.

His warm Spanish accent adds lightness and joy to life on board, while his valuable experience provides knowledge and wisdom that enrich the whole team. Family-oriented, respectful, and devoted, Pedro is married and a proud father, carrying those same values into his work. Phattaraphon Thipphawong, known affectionately as “Ohm,” is a skilled Thai chef with a deep-rooted passion for food and over two decades of professional culinary experience. Born in Phuket, Thailand, Ohm pursued a degree in Food and Nutrition, laying the foundation for a career that would take him from luxury hotels and high-end restaurants to the world of yachting.
With more than 20 years in the food industry and the last 3 years spent working aboard private and charter yachts, Ohm has developed a reputation for creativity, precision, and adaptability. His journey into yachting was a natural extension of his love for the ocean and a desire to explore global cuisines in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Since joining the industry, he has served as Head Chef on several notable vessels, including M/Y Vision (60m), M/Y Home (50m), and M/Y Sapphire (50m).
Aboard M/Y Vision, Ohm is particularly drawn to the well-designed galley that allows him to maintain high culinary standards even under pressure. He thrives in the collaborative atmosphere onboard and finds inspiration in the ever-changing landscapes—from Mediterranean harbors to Atlantic crossings—which influence his menus and keep his creativity constantly evolving.
Ohm’s culinary interests go beyond the galley. He is passionate about baking, sourdough, and dessert creation, and is always experimenting with new techniques. He also enjoys food photography, kitchen design, and exploring local markets during shore time. Recently, he has taken a keen interest in long-term investing, especially in dividend stocks.
Known for his proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine love for food, Ohm brings both skill and heart to every dish he creates.

Alejandra Gutierrez, originally from Mexico, is a stewardess aboard Vision since January 2025. She studied Marketing and Business with additional diplomas in Luxury Management and Experiential Marketing. After starting her career in sales, she transitioned into yachting through training in Fort Lauderdale and gained experience. She is passionate about travel having explored 20 countries and is recognized for her warm energy, strong work ethic, and skills in hospitality, cocktails, and light cooking. Described as charismatic, resilient, and grateful, she enjoys reading, meditation, shopping, and exploring new cultures.

Jorge Soto Espinoza, born in Mexico, is currently serving as a Deck/Engineer aboard VISION, which he joined in February 2025. With a background in both deck operations and marine engineering, Jorge brings technical versatility and a strong hands-on work ethic to every project he undertakes.
He studied marine engineering at the Maritime Institute in Mexico, earning his EOOW Unlimited license, along with certification as Second Engineer up to 3000kW and Chief Engineer up to 1500kW. Jorge began his seafaring career in the offshore industry, gaining valuable experience across varied environments before transitioning into yachting.
Raised near the sea in a merchant marine family, Jorge developed a passion for mechanical systems early on. His previous roles include Sole Engineer on M/Y Acala (42m) and Second Engineer on M/Y Five Ways (36m), where he handled both engineering responsibilities and contributed to overall vessel operations.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Jorge thrives in multicultural teams and enjoys the collaborative atmosphere onboard VISION. He values the opportunity to travel, explore new cultures, and learn from every experience—including high-pressure engineering situations early in his career, such as managing a shaft generator fire as a cadet.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys playing football (soccer), listening to music, and reading about history. He is described as reliable, loyal, and positive, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, performance, and teamwork in every role he undertakes.
