Zvonko comes from Šibenik where he first encountered boats and the sea during trips to various islands with friends and family. Thus, his career in this field feels like a natural fit. Before joining M/Y Viva, he worked on various sailing and motor yachts, as well as on support vessels. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and traveling.

Antonella was born and raised in Šibenik, Croatia, before moving to Zagreb for her college years. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work, but soon realized she was drawn to a more dynamic, people-focused career in the stunning Mediterranean region. From her early teenage years, the sea, boats, and their upkeep have been an integral part of her daily life. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring that her guests have an unforgettable and enjoyable stay aboard. Outside of work, Antonella is passionate about fitness, spending time in nature, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Ante was born and raised in Sibenik, in the Dalmatian coast. Sailing has been an important part of his life, since childhood. During his ten years of professional charter career, he captained various motor and sailing yachts and gained a wealth of experience of the Mediterranean (Greece, Italy, France, Spain), whilst knowing the Adriatic sea like the back of his hand. Ante is the holder of the Yachtmaster B license that allows him to sail the yachts up to 500 GT. When not working, he enjoys spearfishing and skiing.

Karla was born and raised in Split, Croatia, but she spent her college years in Zagreb, Poland and Belgium. She has a Master's degree in Nutrition Science and worked as a nutritionist and food technologist before she realized the sea is where she belongs. Karla is passionate about the Mediterranean way of living. She will do her best to provide you with delicious meals, keep the interior spotless and make sure her guests have an unforgettable experience on board. During her spare time, Karla travels around the world and is a big sports fan. When not on board, she enjoys traveling, photography and yoga.
