After years of competitive sailing, Paolo transitioned into professional yacht command, leading a variety of high-end sailing vessels with skill and dedication.

With a calm, positive, and solution-oriented approach, Paolo prioritizes safety, communication, and teamwork to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests and crew alike. His leadership style is both professional and approachable, shaped by decades of hands-on experience.

Serena Biondi is a talented and versatile chef with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine. From elegant appetizers to indulgent desserts, her dishes are thoughtfully crafted and nutritionally balanced. Serena’s love of the sea complements her culinary expertise; she has spent several seasons aboard sailing yachts such as the Swan 82 and San Germani 72, where she also assisted as a deckhand.

Holding a professional cooking diploma and a Seaman’s Book, Serena blends culinary finesse with hands-on maritime experience, ensuring high standards both in the galley and on deck. Her passion for sailing and gastronomy makes her a valued member of any crew.

Alessandro is a valuable member of our team W, with solid experience in the nautical sector since 2014. He has cultivated his passion for sailing over time, bringing excellent technical skills and a love for the sea on board. Alessandro has navigated the Mediterranean on various vessels, including Swan, Jonghert, and Southern Wind, performing maintenance, cleaning, and crew assistance. An excellent swimmer with a PADI certification, Alessandro is a vibrant, athletic individual and a reliable member of the crew.
