Henri is a very passionate, reliable, hard worker with sense of responsibility with experience in watersports, diving centers and fleet management. He orked as Skipper & Manager on several boat rental basis and then joined the yachting industry in 2022. He worked as deckhand on yachts ranging from 22 to 34 meters. He possesses a work ethic focused on continuous improvement with a keen eye for detail. He is a very active person and likes all kind of sports which means he spends his free time doing adrenaline sports. He joined M/Y WATERMACHINE in 2023 and is keen to further develop his career in the yachting industry.

Axel, was born in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, with a lifelong passion for the ocean since an early age. He joined the yachting industry in 2014, looking for new challenges where he joined his firt crewed yacht in 2015 as a mechanic and second captain, worked hard and finallyhis eforts led him to become Captain. He sailed the whole Mediterranean Sea and Caribbean sea and he knows well hidden bays that ofer total privacy for the guests onboard. His enthusiasm blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. Axel likes to work closely with his guests to ensure that all their needs and desires are met. He is dynamic, diligent, crew team leader, and very conscientious. In his free time, he enjoys Water Sports & Mechanical Sports, and to the sensation sport. He was closely involved in the building of M/Y WATERMACHINE where he paid attention to all the details to have the yacht delivered at highest standards.

Emily entered the yachting industry in 2023, developing her skills aboard vessels ranging from 29m to 47m. She has gained well-rounded interior experience, covering housekeeping, laundry, and guest service, and is experienced in maintaining exceptional standards across both private use and high-end charter programmes.
After a year working as a Sole Stewardess, where she oversaw all aspects of the interior and maintained exceptional standards, Emily joined M/Y WATERMACHINE in 2026 as Chief Stewardess.
With a calm and composed approach, paired with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Emily is dedicated to delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest onboard.

Dellen began her yachting career in 2023 and has since built valuable
experience across a range of vessels from 30m to 80m. She has worked across all areas of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry and service, supporting both busy charter programmes and private trips.
She progressed into a 2nd Stewardess position on a previous vessel, where she became a valued member of the team and was entrusted with stepping into the Chief Stewardess role during her final month onboard.
Friendly, adaptable and detail-oriented, Dellen takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests feel relaxed and well cared for throughout their time onboard.

Grégoire has been passionate about cooking since he was very young. He trained at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris, and has several experiences as a sous chef, then chef in turn in different restaurants. Then he joined the yachting industry in 2024 as Chef on the M/Y E-MOTION. Grégoire is a passionate and dedicated chef, driven by his desire to show his hard work, knowledge and experience to the world. He can meet all your requests and expectations at any time during your stay. As Chef of M/Y WATERMACHINE, he looks forward to delighting guests with his refined cuisine and Mediterranean specialties.

Alan is an experienced seafarer with a progressive career in the maritime industry. He began as an apprentice technician in naval construction before transitioning to onboard roles. His deck and bridge experience spans various vessels, including offshore support ships, luxury sailing yachts, and passenger vessels. He served as watchkeeper and crane operator on the BSAA Pionnier, bridge watch rating on Le Ponant, and deckhand on the S/Y ATTIMO.
Alan also gained bridge experience with CMA-CGM as a cadet officer. His technical background
includes composite hull fabrication and yacht project management at Classic Works. Holding the Captain 500 license since 2025, he brings a solid blend of operational seamanship and technical know- how.
He joins the M/Y WATERMACHINE in 2025 where he is more than happy to offer his services to all guests. He is an energetic and enthusiastic crew member and prides himself on the level of care he brings to his work.
