Celal Altın is a 500 GT Yacht Master with a 750 KW Engineer Officer certificate and 24 years of maritime experience, the last 9 of which have been spent in command of private and charter yachts ranging from 21 to 35 metres.
He began his career in yacht delivery and testing before serving a succession of deckhand, engineer, and officer roles on board a range of motoryachts. He has captained yachts continuously since 2012, operating across the Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic, and Ionian Seas with international port experience in Croatia, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, and Bulgaria.
He is a calm and effective leader, managing crews of up to six.

Zeynep Karakurt is a private chef with close to ten years of experience in the yachting industry. She has worked continuously on charter and private motoryachts between 100 and 154 feet, cooking for up to 12 guests with crews of 7 to 10. She holds STCW, ENG1, and F&H Level 1–2 certificates.
Having started her yachting career in 2015, she has built a reputation for precision, presentation, and adaptability across a wide range of dietary requirements. She completed professional culinary training at Istanbul Gedik University and holds a Certificate in Restaurant Management covering menu planning, kitchen coordination, and food and beverage operations.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations (English).
Over a decade at sea she has developed strong expertise across all aspects of interior operations: silver service, bar and cocktail preparation, provisions planning, floral arrangement, laundry management, guest check-in and check-out procedures, and port entry formalities.

Ali Emir Uçak is a qualified deckhand and water sports specialist with around ten years of experience across gulets, motor yachts, and catamarans ranging from 11 to 40 metres. He holds a 149 GRT licence and STCW certification.
Since starting his career on the water in 2015, he has worked as a deckhand and captain across a range of charter and private vessels based in Bozburun, Marmaris, İzmir, and Çeşme. He also spent four seasons as Captain and Platform Manager at a water sports centre, gaining specialist expertise in tender operations, jet ski, and towable equipment.
He is detail-oriented and eager to develop, with solid technical skills in on-board maintenance and troubleshooting.
