Gizem graduated from Izmir Yaşar University Marina and Yacht Management Department.
She completed her internship at Marmaris Netsel Marina in 2015, then worked at the front desk at Albatros Marina Marmaris until 2019
She worked as a stewardess on M/Y Ariela and M/Y Princess and has approximately 10 years of experience in yachting. She joined the White Soul team in 2021. She is passionate about sailing, sports an nature.

Captain Sadık was born in Marmaris and has been involved with the sea since his childhood with his father.
He started his career as a sailor on yachts and then built his own boat.
