Captain Scott is from Florida. At a young age he was introduced to the life of competitive swimming, which carried on through University. He naturally molded his hobbies around the water, spending much of his leisure time fishing, free diving, surfing, and boating. After college Scott spent four years in the US Coast Guard. He was stationed at a Search and Rescue unit in Key West and then transferred to Grand Isle, Louisiana to assist during the BP oil spill in the Gulf. His Coast Guard experience led to a career in yachting. Scott has been a Yacht Officer and Captain since 2013. During his career Scott has crossed the Atlantic eight times and has spent his career cruising through the Bahamas, Caribbean, New England, Pacific coast of Central America north to Alaska, and the Eastern and Western Mediterranean. Scott greatly enjoys history, culture, and traveling.

At the age of 21 is where I started my career in the yachting industry. I have 9 years of experience at sea and have worked my way up from a sole deckhand to a Junior Captain, picking up a broad, hands-on skill set working alongside great captains and crew members.
Having cruised the entire Mediterranean My favourite all time cruising grounds would be Croatia, scenic views, great people and blue waters. I am from East London, but grew up in Cape Town, South Africa from the age of 11.
When I'm not working, I enjoy quad biking, fishing, and camping, and I love staying active. Travelling and experiencing new countries with my partner is something we're both really passionate about and is one of the things we enjoy most.

Born in stunning Cape Town, South Africa. This fun-loving Chef offers guests a contemporary take on Mediterranean cuisine, heavily influenced by my extensive travels around the world while retaining hints and touches of my South African roots.
A keen traveler in my spare time you are most likely to find me either behind the lens of a camera, playing a round of golf or with a fishing rod in hand, and if a guest is lucky enough to hook a big Tuna or Mahi during their holiday, then if they wish I can certainly give them a crash course in landing, cleaning and cooking that beautiful fresh fish on the spot!
I always look forward and pride myself on guiding guests and crew through the best possible culinary experience while on board. No matter the diet specifications or allergies.
Prior to my 14 years’ experience on Superyachts worked in fine dining restaurants in both the UK and South Africa.
But Jean fell in love with yachting and decided to put all my focus towards that.
In 2018 I was lucky enough to get entered in the Barcelona Charter Show Chef Competition -hosted by MYBA. Including some hugely busy broker lunch days and some late night prepping and planning. I was fortunate enough to come out on top and win the Barcelona Charter Show Chef Competition. It was a true honor and epic experience, well worth all the hard work by both me and the rest of the crew!

Johan has built his experience on 50m+ yachts across both busy seasons and demanding shipyard periods, giving him a strong foundation in deck operations, maintenance, and guest support. Jana is from the east coast of South Africa. At the age of 16, she was invited on a leadership tour to Nepal and hiked the iconic route to Mount Everest Base Camp which was when her passion for travelling awoke. Ever since then she’s been travelling and loves exploring new places and meeting new people. She decided to pursue a career in the yachting industry and landed her first stewardess position in 2021.
Energetic, positive, and always ready for the next challenge, Jana brings a warm and engaging presence on board. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, staying active through fitness, and making the most of life on the water—whether it’s water sports or simply being in the ocean, her favorite place to be.

Dom is a highly skilled and versatile marine engineer with a strong mechanical foundation, extensive hands-on repair expertise, and a solid understanding of vessel operations. He excels across all technical areas onboard, from AV and IT systems to complex mechanical engineering.
He has extensive experience maintaining high-horsepower engines, rebuilding generators, and managing intricate onboard systems. Beyond his marine work, Dom has a passion for engineering and performance, with experience building sports cars, motorcycles, jet skis, and undertaking detailed woodworking projects.
Outside of his professional life, Dom leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. His interests include diving, motocross, rock climbing, and jet ski racing. Fitness is a core part of his routine, supported by a background in MMA and boxing.
