Born in Rijeka and raised on the island of Mali Lošinj in Croatia, Dominik grew up in a family involved in tourism, operating rental apartments and a diving centre. A lifelong passion for diving led him to work as a dive master, where he supported daily operations while gaining experience in safety procedures, technical equipment, and client-focused service. He holds a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering and has worked on tanker vessels, offshore facilities, and large cruise ships, gaining experience with complex marine and industrial systems. The demanding nature of cruise ship operations strengthened his discipline, organisation, and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards. Dominik transitioned into the yachting industry to focus on a more private and refined sector of tourism, contributing to safe, efficient vessel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
