Windrose of Amsterdam has sailed all over the world; the yacht is imbued with the spirit of adventure. While she boasts undeniable sailing prowess and top class pedigree, she appeals to both experienced sailors and those new to sailing, the yacht also offers great onboard comfort for up to eight guests, plus two in pullman berths. Sophisticated and classic style permeates every inch of Windrose’s interior living spaces and kept in immaculate condition. Guests will want for nothing. The generous lounge and dining area allows for relaxation, socialising and
entertaining. The deck is where guests will undoubtedly spend most of their time. Sweeping and sprawling, there are 360 views. Windrose is the ideal platform for immersing yourself in the nature of the surroundings. Windrose has the ability to run “silent ship” for an entire night with full load and no generators running. The divided cockpit is the perfect spot for those long, leisurely lunches at anchor and offers some shelter for when the wind picks up. With an excllent selection of watertoys, there is no shortage of enjoyment to be had both on board and in the surrounding waters!

Marc brings over three years of hands-on experience in the yachting
industry, having worked on both sailing and motor yachts up to 62
metres. Holding an OOW Unlimited license and currently completing
a Master’s in Nautical Sciences, he combines a solid academic
foundation with real-world expertise. He currently serves as Chief
Officer, with previous roles including Lead Deckhand, Deckhand, and
Deck Cadet.
His passion for the sea started early, sailing every summer with
his father and grandfather in a tender. What he enjoys most is
seeing guests’ excitement as they arrive on board and hearing their
appreciation for the yacht.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, running, and playing golf. One of his
favourite places on Earth is Andorra, his home, where the peace and
nature are truly unique. Calm, motivated, and dependable, he takes
pride in maintaining high standards on deck and creating a smooth,
professional experience for both guests and
industry, having worked on both sailing and motor yachts up to 62

Miguel Groizard is a Deckhand Engineer hailing from Spain. His journey
began as a pre-Olympic sailor in dinghy boats, where he honed his skills
in sailing and maritime operations. Transitioning to yachting, Miguel
focused on mastering electronics, electricity, mechanics, navigation,
and sailing techniques. Certified by the RYA as an engineer, Miguel
is committed to delivering top-tier service onboard. His favourite
moments include exploring islands worldwide and continually evolving
in yacht engineering. He’s passionate about every aspect of maritime
life, striving to bring dedication and proficiency to every project and
challenge he encounters.

been working in the industry for 6 years, most of that time on a 100ft
sailing yacht. Her attitude is open-minded, discreet, and helpful, having
refined her rigour, sense of organisation, and hospitality in upscale
hotels in France and Switzerland. Fluent in four languages, Veronica
is be pleased to welcome you onboard and promises an unforgettable

has built strong sailing and deck maintenance skills and developed a

volunteered at a regatta two years ago. Raised by the sea in Spain, she
is passionate about sailing, travel, and cultural experiences. Her biggest
adventures so far include volunteering in the Amazon and Galápagos.
She takes pride in creating a great guest experience, especially when
guests connect with the thrill of sailing and the elegance of a classic
yacht. Off duty, she enjoys photography, fitness, and exploring new
coastlines. The Spanish coast remains her favorite—where her love of
the sea began. Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, she

When he is not on board he loves to stay active and enjoys wingsurfing, windsurfing and diving. He is always chasing the next adventure and believes there’s always a bigger one to discover. Javier’s cheerful enthusiasm is infectious - he is full of energy and ready to help you plan your own adventure on Windrose of Amsterdam.

completed a busy Caribbean charter season and an Atlantic crossing.
His responsibilities include deck maintenance, guest service,
watchkeeping, and tender driving. With a background as a certified
sailing coach, he brings strong skills in watersports such as e-foiling,
windsurf foil, wakeboarding, and kayaking.
Before entering yachting, he worked as a sailing instructor in Mallorca
and developed a deep love for the sea early in life. When not working,
he enjoys riding motorcycles, staying fit, and being on the water. His
favourite place on earth is the Balearic coast, especially the crystalclear
waters around Mallorca.
