Currently studying Psychological Sciences and Techniques at Università Mercatorum, he combines his academic background with practical experience gained in hospitality, retail promotion, and customer service.
Through his previous roles, Alessandro developed excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, always showing reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
He has also gained experience aboard private yachts, supporting deck operations, mooring procedures, tender handling, exterior maintenance, and the management of water toys.

Andrea is a 40 years old Italian Captain, born Circeo (a coastal town between Rome and Naples) with nearly 20 years of yachting experience, having progressed from deckhand to Captain through continuous professional development and hands-on practice.
He's highly regarded for his long-term employment with the same owners, demonstrating reliability, loyalty, and strong owner–captain relationships. He has extensive experience in private yacht operations, delivering consistently high standards of service, safety, and vessel care.
His background includes full yacht management, crew leadership, maintenance and refit supervision, shipyard periods, and operational coordination with owners and brokers. Hands-on and technically minded, he is confident in engine room operations, electrical systems, and overall yacht upkeep, maintaining excellent presentation and efficiency at all times.
Fluent in Italian and English and holding USA B1/B2 visas, Andrea is known for his calm leadership style, strong organisational skills, and professional, discreet approach.

Roberta is Italian, 35 years old; is a professional onboard Chef with hostess experience, specialised in preparing fresh, well-presented Mediterranean cuisine tailored to owners’ and guests’ preferences.
Her primary role onboard focuses on menu planning, meal preparation, galley organisation, and food provisioning, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation throughout the season. She is confident in adapting menus to different tastes and dietary requirements, creating an enjoyable and relaxed dining experience.
In addition to her culinary responsibilities, Roberta supports the interior team with guest assistance and daily interior upkeep, working closely with the Captain and crew to ensure smooth onboard operations.
Professional, organised, and detail-oriented, she is valued for her calm attitude, flexibility, and collaborative approach. She contributes positively to onboard harmony and maintains a high level of care for both guests and vessel.
She is fluent in Italian, with a good command of Spanish and working knowledge of English.
