Originally from Argentina, Jorge brings a wealth of maritime experience to XAMAN. His background includes crewing ships in Tenerife and serving as skipper for Proactiva, a Spanish NGO dedicated to search and rescue operations at sea—work that reflects his strong sense of responsibility and deep connection to the ocean.
Jorge is truly in his element on the water. Whether it’s scuba diving, sailing, surfing, or fishing, he’s passionate about all things marine and loves sharing that enthusiasm with guests.
He speaks Spanish and brings not only skill but also warmth, humor, and a sense of adventure to every journey.

ago, where her passion for food has flourished. Inspired from
an early age by her aunt, who worked in a Cantonese
restaurant, she began her culinary journey on luxury yachts,
cooking for diplomats, rock stars, and athletes. This experience
led her to travel the world with her culinary school, constantly
expanding her knowledge and refining her skills.
Ingrid specializes in Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean,
Lebanese, and Asian cuisines. She is known for creating
exquisite barbecues, paellas, and a variety of brunch menus—
ranging from Mexican to Mediterranean, classic American,
and vegan buffets—tailored to holiday experiences.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.
