Luigi graduated from nautical school in 1991 and began his maritime career working on sailing boats as a deckhand and skipper. He initially served in the Italian Coast Guard before transitioning to the yachting industry, where he gained extensive experience as a sailor and officer. He also worked on cargo ships as a navigation officer, ultimately earning the rank of Captain.
With a strong background in yacht charters, Luigi is known for his dedication, professionalism, and passion for ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of his clients.
Since June 2020, he has been an official member of IYM (Italian Yacht Master).

Marino began his maritime career at just 16, working as a deckhand on passenger boats during the summer season. After graduating from nautical school in 2019, he entered the yachting industry, gaining valuable experience while sailing throughout the Mediterranean.
With a strong commitment to his profession, Marino continues to refine his skills aboard various yachts, aspiring to become a distinguished captain in the future.

Josip graduated as a marine mechanic in 2001 and began his career aboard a container ship with Lošinjska Plovidba. In 2004, he earned his engineer's license and spent the next four years working as an engineer on a fishing vessel. His transition into the yachting industry came in 2008 when he joined the yacht Fei Seen as an engineer. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the yachting world.
From 2015 to 2018, and again during the 2020 season, Josip served as Chief Engineer on XO of the Seas. He has now returned to this role, bringing his extensive experience and passion for the sea. Josip takes great pride in his work, thriving in the dynamic and rewarding environment of marine engineering.
In 2024, Giovanni transitioned into the yachting industry as a Chief Engineer, fulfilling a long-held ambition. In addition to his engineering qualifications, he holds an international welding certification, having previously worked as a welder.
Beyond his professional skills, he has a passion for cooking, spearfishing, and underwater diving.

Christina brings a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality, having worked in Austria and the UK before embarking on a yachting career. Previously Head of Production, she traveled the world before transitioning to the high seas, where she has since managed all interior operations on both charter and private motor yachts across the Mediterranean, the South of France, Turkey, and the U.S.
With a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, Christina excels at mixing cocktails, organizing themed parties, and ensuring smooth, energetic charters alongside her crew. Beyond her role on board, she enjoys water sports—especially surfing and diving—photography, and indulging in spicy cuisine. She’s also eager to refine her fishing skills.
