Marino began his career at sea at the age of 16, working as a deckhand on passenger boats during the summer seasons. After graduating from nautical school in 2019, he entered the yachting industry and gained valuable experience cruising throughout the Mediterranean.
Hardworking and motivated, Marino is passionate about life on the water and continues to build his skills and experience aboard different yachts. Friendly and eager to help, he looks forward to contributing to a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Skye is currently in her second season in the yachting industry, after spending her previous season cruising through the beautiful Greek islands. Before joining yachting, she completed a degree in Business Marketing, bringing a professional and organised approach to her role on board.
Passionate about travel, good food, and meeting new people, Skye brings a positive and enthusiastic energy to the team. She looks forward to helping create unforgettable experiences and special memories for guests throughout the season.

Skye joined the team in April 2026.

Josip graduated as a marine mechanic in 2001 and began his career at sea aboard a container ship with Lošinjska Plovidba. After earning his engineer’s license in 2004, he spent several years working on fishing vessels before joining the yachting industry in 2008 as an engineer aboard M/Y Fei Seen.
Since then, Josip has dedicated his career to yachting, building strong experience and a hands-on approach to marine engineering. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys the fast-paced and rewarding environment on board. Alongside his engineering background, he also holds an international welding certification and has a passion for cooking, spearfishing, and diving in his free time.

Josip was previously part of the XO OF THE SEAS crew from 2015 to 2018 and returned again for the 2020 season. Since April 2025, he has happily rejoined the team once more.

Luigi graduated from nautical school in 1991 and began his maritime career working on sailing boats as a deckhand and skipper. He initially served in the Italian Coast Guard before transitioning to the yachting industry, where he gained extensive experience as a sailor and officer. He also worked on cargo ships as a navigation officer, ultimately earning the rank of Captain.

With a strong background in yacht charters, Luigi is known for his dedication, professionalism, and passion for ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of his clients.

Since June 2020, he has been an official member of IYM (Italian Yacht Master).

Alessandro is a highly experienced chef with over 20 years in the culinary world, including time spent in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury onboard dining. His cooking is inspired by authentic Mediterranean traditions, combining fresh, quality ingredients with creativity and refined presentation.
Having worked across Italy, he has developed a deep appreciation for regional cuisines and traditional flavours, bringing a versatile and elegant style to every dish he creates. Passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences, Alessandro enjoys tailoring his menus to guests’ preferences and making every meal on board something special.

Teodora has been building her career in the yachting industry over the past three years, bringing with her a strong background in luxury hospitality from Romania. Passionate about the sea and travel, she enjoys meeting new people and creating a welcoming atmosphere on board.
Bubbly, outgoing, and easy to talk to, Teodora thrives in fast-paced environments and works hard to ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their time on board. Reliable and proactive, she is always happy to help and contribute to a smooth and enjoyable charter experience.
