Having served as Full-Time Mate aboard yachts up to 118’, Fabio has extensive experience assisting captains with navigation, deck operations, towing, tender driving, line handling, teak maintenance, washdowns, and general vessel upkeep. His operational background spans owner and guest cruising programs throughout the Northeast U.S. and the Bahamas, as well as numerous yacht deliveries and refit projects across a wide variety of vessels. In addition to his deck expertise, Fabio brings practical engineering knowledge with hands-on experience maintaining Detroit Diesel, CAT, MTU, and John Deere systems, along with engine room maintenance, oil changes, and technical troubleshooting.
Fabio’s background also includes leadership roles within commercial passenger vessels, where he supervised and trained crew members while supporting daily fleet operations, engineering tasks, and guest services. Organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure, he combines strong seamanship with mechanical capability and a positive attitude, making him a versatile and valuable asset to both private and charter yacht programs.
Chef Paul Allen brings over two decades of luxury hospitality experience to M/Y XOXO, combining refined culinary technique with the warm, approachable energy guests instantly connect with. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Paul has cooked aboard yachts ranging from 68’ to 230’, cruising everywhere from New England and the Bahamas to St. Barths, Italy, Spain, and the South of France.
Known for his calm demeanor under pressure and passion for guest satisfaction, Paul creates beautifully balanced menus inspired by Mediterranean, Italian, French, Asian, and global fusion cuisines. Whether preparing an elegant multi-course dinner, fresh dockside seafood lunch, or accommodating specialized dietary preferences, his focus is always the same: thoughtful food, beautifully executed.

Licensed since 2010, he has built a well-rounded career in the charter industry and has been a key part of the XOXO program for many years, providing continuity, confidence, and an intimate understanding of the yacht. He has previously captained successful charter programs, earning a strong reputation for smooth operations and guest-focused leadership.
With a background as a former chief engineer, Captain Jeff is known for his rare ability to tear a yacht down and put it back together, giving him exceptional insight into every system on board. This technical foundation, combined with his experience working alongside the Bahamian government, allows him to navigate the Exumas with unrivaled local knowledge; knowing the cruising grounds like the back of his hand, including hidden anchorages and historic treasure sites.

Rebecca Nash is an experienced and charismatic Chief Stewardess with a strong background in both private and charter yacht operations. With several years of experience aboard yachts up to 191’, she is recognized for her polished service style, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Highly adaptable, organized, and creative, Rebecca combines meticulous interior management with a warm, guest-focused approach that allows her to excel in fast-paced, high-standard environments.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has served as Chief Stewardess, Sole Stewardess, and Second Stewardess across a wide range of vessels cruising throughout the U.S., Bahamas, and charter destinations. She is skilled in all aspects of interior operations, including silver service, inventory and provisioning management, housekeeping, event planning, tablescaping, floral arrangements, mixology, and theme nights. Known for her efficiency and eye for detail, she consistently creates seamless onboard experiences while maintaining strong communication and morale within the crew.
In addition to her interior expertise, Rebecca brings valuable exterior operational knowledge, including mooring, anchoring, line handling, tender operations, and towing procedures. With a background spanning vessels from 20’ to 240’, he brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to engineering, combining mechanical expertise with a willingness to support all areas of vessel operations. Known for his reliability, adaptability, and calm demeanor under pressure, Zachary thrives in fast-paced team environments and is committed to maintaining safe, efficient, and guest-ready vessels at all times.
Having served as Sole Engineer and Engineer aboard vessels up to 118’, Zachary has managed day-to-day engineering operations, technical maintenance, refit coordination, and survey preparation across cruising programs in the Bahamas, Florida Keys, and U.S. East Coast. His experience includes overseeing mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinating contractors and warranty work, and supporting charter, owner, and boat show programs. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, he is highly involved in deck operations, including docking, anchoring, line handling, and exterior maintenance, making him a versatile and well-rounded crew member onboard.
With extensive refit and shipyard experience through Magna Marine Services, Zachary has completed major electrical upgrades, plumbing installations, hydraulic rebuilds, and ABS-compliant system redesigns on a variety of yachts. Organized, proactive, and eager to continue advancing his maritime career, he brings a strong work ethic, technical confidence, and a team-first mentality to every program he joins.

Krystina Konyk is a versatile and energetic Stewardess with extensive experience delivering elevated guest service across private and charter yachts throughout Florida, the Bahamas, and the U.S. East Coast. With a naturally outgoing personality and a strong hospitality background, she is known for creating warm, memorable onboard experiences while maintaining exceptional interior standards. Adaptable, personable, and highly organized, Krystina thrives in dynamic environments and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to every vessel she joins.
Having worked as Sole, Chief, and Second Stewardess aboard a wide range of yachts from 40’ to 118’, Krystina is experienced in all aspects of interior operations, including housekeeping, provisioning, inventory management, turn-down service, tablescaping, and customized food and beverage service. She works closely with guests and crew to create tailored experiences, from themed events and excursions to unique dining presentations, while ensuring guest areas remain immaculate and welcoming at all times. Her experience also extends to exterior support, including docking assistance, mooring operations, and watersports activities.
With additional experience in operations management and aviation hospitality, Krystina brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and guest relations expertise to the yachting industry. Captain Tyler Worthington returns to M/Y XOXO with over 20 years of professional experience at sea, including more than a decade as Captain on both charter and private yachts. Having previously captained XOXO during a successful New England season, Tyler is already very familiar with the program, cruising grounds, and the level of service expected onboard.
With extensive experience throughout New England, the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and U.S. East Coast, Tyler is known for delivering smooth, guest-focused experiences with a strong emphasis on safety, operational excellence, and creating memorable itineraries tailored to each charter.
