Olivier Lavergne is a highly accomplished French superyacht captain, naval engineer, and project director with over 25 years of experience managing private, charter, and commercial yachts from 40m to 90m worldwide. Renowned for his expertise in yacht operations, refits, compliance, crew leadership, and owner relations, he has successfully overseen major new-build projects, complex surveys, transatlantic crossings, and high-profile vessel sales. Olivier combines technical excellence with strong leadership, delivering safe, efficient operations and exceptional results for owners, family offices, and management companies.

This is Saulius' second boat with the owning family, growing his career as they grow the yacht size. Strong of his several years in land hospitality, Saulius is excellent at building relationships on board and making sure guests feel at home on board. He is very detail orientated so if guests want to have a special theme night, Saulius will make sure the best of nights, the best of service and the best of care is delivered. Alex is a versatile and driven Engineer with a strong technical background and a proactive, hands-on approach to yacht operations. Most recently, he has worked aboard M/Y LIBERTY, CARNIVAL BREEZE, and M/V MANUEL GUAL, gaining valuable experience across both yachting and commercial vessels.

Holding an EOOW Unlimited III/1 licence, Alexander is confident managing engine room systems including generators, hydraulics, propulsion and auxiliary machinery. His experience extends beyond engineering, regularly supporting deck operations such as docking, anchoring, washdowns and tender handling. He is also known for his personable nature, assisting with guest services, cocktail preparation and even DJing to enhance the onboard atmosphere.

Adaptable, reliable and team-focused, Alexander brings energy and technical competence to every role, contributing to smooth operations and an enjoyable guest experience on board.

Erika is an experienced and adaptable stewardess with a strong background across both private and charter yachts. Most recently, she has worked aboard M/Y SWEET SARAH, M/Y SEA SPEAK, and M/Y MAGIC, where she was responsible for maintaining high interior standards and delivering attentive, guest-focused service.
Erika brings a natural warmth to her role, with experience in housekeeping, laundry, service, cocktail preparation and provisioning. She is confident managing the interior independently and works seamlessly as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboard environment. Her hands-on attitude also extends to assisting on deck when needed, supporting overall vessel operations.

Passionate about his job and the sea, Oscar, our First Officer from Mexico, is an amazing back up for our captain. He is enthusiastic and always eager for adventure, especially when it involves water-based activities. Oscar’s enthusiasm shines through as he ensures guests have an unforgettable time with the yacht toys, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. With his friendly and approachable nature, he makes every trip even more enjoyable. Oscar is also a reliable and skilled support for Captain Adam, always ready to lend a hand.

Ethan Barnard is a hardworking and enthusiastic deckhand with a strong foundation in both private and charter yacht operations. Having recently worked aboard M/Y MYSTERE, M/Y HALCYON, and M/Y HERON, he has developed solid hands-on experience in exterior maintenance, washdowns, polishing, and paintwork, as well as line handling, anchoring and docking procedures.

Confident and reliable on deck, Ethan is also experienced with tender operations and water sports equipment, contributing to smooth guest activities and overall deck efficiency. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, he adapts quickly to new environments and thrives in team settings. With qualifications including Powerboat Level 2, STCW, and VHF certification, Ethan brings energy, discipline and attention to detail, ensuring a well-presented vessel and an enjoyable experience for guests on board.

Dario motivated deckhand with a strong hands-on approach and growing technical experience within the yachting industry. Most recently, he has worked aboard M/Y SUR LA MER, M/Y MOATIZ, and M/Y MAJA, where he combined deck duties with assistant engineering responsibilities, gaining valuable exposure to both exterior maintenance and engine room operations.

With experience in shaft alignment, valve servicing, tank inspections and generator maintenance, Dario brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to every task. His background also includes extensive daywork across multiple yachts, further strengthening his adaptability and work ethic. Known for his positive attitude, willingness to learn and team-oriented nature, he integrates well into crew dynamics. Dario is committed to developing his career while contributing to a safe and efficient onboard environment.
