Javier is a local captain from Ibiza with great knowledge of the area. He learned to sail from a very early age and he has worked at sea since he was 16 years old.
From the age of 24 years old started to work on superyachts achieving over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry developing and sharpening his skills in engineering.

He has worked on a variety of charter and private yachts and has a very good knowledge of cruising areas around the Mediterranean.

His safety conscious approach inspires calm and confidence in both guests and crew.

When not at work he enjoys suba diving and fishing.

Pedro worked in the best clubs and restaurants of the island. He was living in London and Byron Bay NSW Australia. He is a guy who is meticulous in his work, professional, detail-oriented and willing to help you have a great experience on board.

He is a hard and positive worker and always approaches guests and his crew mates with a welcoming smile. With cocktail making and service experience, Pedro always goes the extra mile to deliver high standards.

He loves the idea of a new adventure, meeting new people and still has many places on his bucket list that he wishes to travel to.

In his spare time he's a water sports enthusiast and enjoys scuba diving.

Tomas grew up in Ibiza, therefore he has a natural love for the sea and most of his spare time is spent either on or in the water. He has been working in the super yacht industry for the last 4 years.

Tomas has excellent knowledge and experience in operating a number of tenders of various sizes, propulsion and power. On Charter, Tomas is the “go to” guy for the guests.

Tomas has great personal skills when interacting with the guests, especially with the guest’s children. Being himself a water sports enthusiast, he happily spends all day swimming with them, towing them on the wake boards or whatever they desire. Tomas has a great eye for detail and extensive knowledge of the cruising areas of the Balearics.

Moises is a very approachable and friendly person with a welcoming smile and positive attitude.

Passionate about travel and gastronomy, so he developed his professional career around it.
The last 2 years Moises has been working onboard Superyachts where his knowledge of local provisioning & availability of product has been invaluable in offering inspirational dining experiences.

Apart from Mediterranean recipes, he is a fan of Italian, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. He combines dishes from different parts of the world in a very elegant and creative style.

When not working he enjoys snorkeling, reading and skiing.

Katherine is a very approachable and friendly person with a welcoming smile and positive attitude.

She is an all-rounded team player and takes great pride in her work and strive to achieve guests satisfaction. She is a professional, efficient & positive member of the crew, instrumental to the smooth running of the interiors.
Katherine always goes the extra mile to deliver high standards and she has a professional and warm interaction with guests.
She gained extensive service and housekeeping experience in the best venues of Ibiza.

Her passions are photography, dancing & travelling.
