With 11 years of professional culinary experience, Petar has held leadership roles in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and purchasing. He has worked on yachts and in high-end hotels, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environments. Skilled in preparing fish, meat, and desserts, he demonstrates well-rounded culinary expertise and performs confidently when independently managing a galley in demanding conditions. His seven years as a professional water polo player have further shaped his discipline, teamwork, and physical endurance, while his experience in film production has strengthened his adaptability, organization, and ability to perform under pressure.
