in the maritime sector, with advanced skills in maintenance, refitting, management, and repairs. He holds
professional qualifications as a merchant navy captain and engineer, including IMO STCW’95 certification. He also
served in the OTAN/NATO military navy. He speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish. He has commanded
vessels up to 60 meters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic. Thanks to his kindness and focus on the
