Coming from a sailing family, Hayden was surrounded by the seas for as long has he can remember and having recently becoming a yachtmaster ventures to learn and thrive more than he can imagine under the careful tutoring and leadership of both Dario and captain Giorgio. Hayden has half a decade of fine dining hospitality experience from around the world, with 3 years spent as a mixologist across multiple cocktail bars, so if you ever feel thirsty he is the man to call.

With 28 seasons of experience in yachting, Giorgio has spent his life at sea. Coming from a family of fishermen, he naturally started his career as a fisherman before transitioning into the yachting industry. Over the years, he has worked as a deckhand and even a deckhand chef before earning his position as captain on a 40m.. Giorgio has an in-depth understanding of high-end service, having spent nine years working for a Russian family with exceptionally high standards. His time with them included both private and charter operations, giving him valuable expertise in delivering top-tier experiences. His extensive knowledge of cruising destinations is unmatched. Having been based in Monaco for many years, he knows the South of France inside out and is highly familiar with Corsica, Sardinia, and Southern Italy. However, his favorite cruising ground remains the Balearic Islands, where he has completed multiple seasons and developed a deep appreciation for the region. Some of his top recommendations include Sa Foradada at sunset and Sa Calobra in Mallorca, Cala Luna in Sardinia in the morning, and Panarea in the Aeolian Islands. When it comes to charter ports, Giorgio favors Saint-Tropez, Portovenere, and Sant’Angelo in Ischia for their charm and accessibility. Beyond navigation, Giorgio enjoys organizing special dinners and themed parties onboard, often incorporating his love for Italian music. His personal passions include diving and fishing, reflecting his lifelong connection to the sea. Giorgio and team have generated a myriad of repeat clientele.

Daniele first joined Captain Giorgio aboard Tommy Belle and later moved with him to Daddy’s Dream 888, where he completed a highly successful 2025 charter season. This now marks his fifth season working alongside Captain Giorgio which is a testament to their strong professional synergy and mutual trust.
He takes great pride in teamwork and upholding the highest operational standards on board. Polite, well-educated, and hardworking, Daniele expertly manages the yacht’s technical systems, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. With a passion for jet skis and tenders, he enhances the guest experience by delivering safe, seamless, and enjoyable water activities. Calm and composed at all times, his steady presence is appreciated by both crew and clients, making him a valued and dependable member of the team.

Dario joins Captain Giorgio after two years on a 36-meter yacht, reuniting a long-standing partnership that began in their student days and continued aboard Daddy’s Dream. With Daniele back on board, the team is once again complete ; a well-established trio built on trust and experience An expert in deck maintenance, tender operations, and water toy management, Dario combines strong leadership with an easy-going, positive attitude. Recently dedicated to running and CrossFit, he is training to compete in an Ironman event. Once a month, he brings the crew together by preparing authentic Italian pizza, a tradition everyone looks forward to.

Sonia has over ten years of international experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, and yachting. She has worked in prestigious establishments and collaborated with world-renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay at Castel Monastero, as well as in Michelin-starred restaurants including Antica Corona Reale (two Michelin stars), where she further developed her skills as a pastry chef, L'Argine a Vencò (one Michelin star), and Vue de Monde (three hats, Melbourne). Her experience as a private chef for entrepreneurs and artists has strengthened her sense of discretion, organization, and authentic hospitality. Sonia’s cuisine begins with the uncompromising quality of ingredients and designed around each guest’s needs, lifestyle, and personal desires.

Yana is a true traveler at heart, born in a remote region of Tajikistan and now based in northern Italy. Her life is deeply influenced by Eastern traditions, as for an Indian culture shaped by her daily practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and refined sense of service. Yana excels in the preparation of cocktails, creative aperitifs, and aromatic herbal and spiced teas. Her background includes experience in high-end restaurants and two large motor yachts. This has given her an impeccable standard in service and elegant table settings. For two years she has worked alongside Captain Giorgio, building a strong professional partnership.
Together they have curated and delivered beautifully organized events down to the smallest detail. The result has always been memorable experiences for guests and crew alike. Beyond yachting, Yana is an artist who has studied singing, dancing, and music therapy.
