He holds a diploma from the Istituto Tecnico Nautico Statale "Andrea Doria" in Imperia, Italy, specializing in nautical transport and logistics. His responsibilities included navigation, watchkeeping, deck maintenance, teak care, and guest support during water activities such as Flyboarding and diving.
Holding multiple certifications including STCW, GMDSS/GOC, Yacht Master Offshore (Power & Sail), and PADI EFR Instructor, Mohannad combines technical excellence with a proactive and reliable attitude. His career spans both commercial shipping and luxury yachting, where he has taken part in major refits and overseen the smooth operation of technical systems.
Petko has served as Chief Engineer on several yachts, including M/Y BROOKLYN (37m), M/Y STAR LINK (30m), and M/Y ALIZEE (27m), where he was responsible for full maintenance programs, winterization, and coordinating with shipyards during refits. His background also includes merchant fleet experience with Stamco Ship Management and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, where he advanced from Assistant Watchkeeping Engineer to 3rd Engineer on large car carriers.
Known for his proactive approach, technical expertise, and teamwork, Petko ensures that all machinery onboard operates at peak performance, contributing to both safety and guest comfort. Outside of engineering, he enjoys paragliding, skiing, chess, and cooking.

A graduate of Newbury College in Culinary Arts, he has refined his craft in prestigious establishments worldwide, from Four Points by Sheraton and Hilton Boston Logan Airport to The Meat Co. in Sydney, Dubai, and Bahrain.
In yachting, Georgios has been the Executive Chef onboard iconic vessels such as M/Y ALEXANDER (122m), M/Y CHAKRA (86m), M/Y SANJANA (33m), M/Y IRIS (31m), and M/Y PROTEUS (35m), consistently delivering outstanding gastronomy to high-profile owners and charter guests, including royalty. His repertoire spans Mediterranean, fusion, and international cuisines, always with a creative flair and meticulous attention to quality and presentation.
Recognized for his excellence, Georgios has earned multiple distinctions, including 2 Gold and 1 Silver Medal at the Mediterranean Chefs Competition (Tel Aviv 2013), 3rd place at the WACS World Chefs Competition 2013, and 1st place at the HORECA National Seafood Competition in 2010. Her previous roles include Team Leader at Spick and Span (part of the Coco-Mat Group) and Supervisor at Clean and Clear BnB Athens, where she trained and led teams of up to 15 staff members. Spiridoula has also gained valuable experience working with private yachts through her time in commercial laundries specializing in luxury accommodation and yacht linens.
